Large living/dining room 60 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 2 small balconies, south facing position balcony, north facing position terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars), in winter at 500 m. Please note: non-smokers only.

Very beautiful chalet "Gingembre", 3 storeys. In the district of Les Clèves, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: sauna, hot tub. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house at 500 m. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1.7 km, railway station "Sion" 17.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, children's playground 3 km. Nearby attractions: Domaine des Iles 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 600 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 600 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
