"Aragon T100", 3-room apartment 78 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 fold-away bed, open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining table. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 107. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Cosy, rustic holiday village "Aragon", 1'200 m a.s.l.. 21 houses in the resort. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Ernen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the skiing area. For shared use: table tennis, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. Shop 500 m, bus stop 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 4 km, indoor tennis centre 4 km, sports centre 4 km, gondola lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski rental 4 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Aletsch Arena 4 km, Bellwald 12 km. Hiking paths: Landschaftspark Binntal 10 km. The new hanging bridge connects the two hiking estates of Ernen and Bellwald and provides access to the national cycle route nr. 1 (road of the Rhone glacier lake to Lake Geneva). Between Ernen and Mühlebach, the bridge provides direct access to the Matterhorn Gotthard train.

Riding. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground. Guided tour of glacier. Local festivals and concerts. Further sports possibilties in Fiesch (swimming pool, tennis and paragliding etc).

Winter

Cross country skiing in Ernen, 6 k, Goms supraregion 100 km. It is possible to go on donkey rides, snow shoe trails. Ski-region Aletsch. 7 cableways, 4 cable cabins, 6 chair lifts, 18 drag lifts. Total 99 km ski runs (42 % easy, 45 % intermediate, 13 % difficult), snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Ski bus.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Siedlung, jedoch fährt der Skibus/Postauto nur 1x/std ins Skigebiet und zurück das selbe. Die Betten sind sicher so alt wie die Wohnung und recht durchgelegen. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr steil und eng und auch die Küche ist sehr eng. Dafür hat man eine schöne Aussicht ins Tal und dank dem schönen Wetter, konnten wir sogar im Februar auf dem Balkon Mittag essen. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung jedoch nicht mehr buchen.

Gute Feriensiedlung für Familien mit Kindern. Wir hatten die Whg. T100 Gepflegter Spielplatz. Bequem erreichbar. Achtung Tiefgarage max. 2m ein VW T5 oder Dachbox passt nicht rein. Dafür wurde uns ein Aussenparkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Haus ist recht ringhörig ausserdem fehlen Abdunkelung bei allen Fenstern , Fensterläden oder Dunkle Vorhänge wären von Vorteil. Einen Staubsauger fehlt auch, falls mal was auf dem Teppich ich kommt. Ich würde aber wieder kommen!

Vom schönen, großen Balkon hat man einen unverbauten, schönen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Allerdings sind alle Sitzmöbel bis auf die Balkonstühle recht unbequem und laden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die steile, enge Wendeltreppe ist für ältere Menschen wie auch für Kinder nicht geeignet, da zu gefährlich - dies war im Foto der Wohnung nicht ersichtlich!
