"Résidence 35", 3-room apartment 100 m2 on 3rd floor. Simple and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 35 (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only.

Old, beautiful apartment house "La Résidence". In the resort, 150 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the lake. For shared use: indoor pool angular (10 x 5 m). Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house, public parking 900 m. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Champex-Lac" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 300 m. Tennis 600 m, slopes 800 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten 400 m, sled run, ice rink, children's playground 800 m, fishing possibilities 100 m.

Location Description Champex

1'500 - 2'200 m a.s.l. >>Small, quiet, family-friendly summer holiday resort and winter sports resort on the lake, situated at the foot of a mountain, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 9 km west from Orsières, 20 km south from Martigny, 29 km from Verbier. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, disco. Hiking. More possibilities for shopping 9 km. Access: motorway A1 Genève Lausanne - A9 Lausanne Sierre, exit number 22 "Grand St. Bernard". Access by train Martigny - Orsières - Orsières- Champex - En bus. Village surrounded by a pretty Alpine lake. It is located between the Grand St Bernard and the Mont Blanc massif.

Bathing lake, 1 km long. Outdoor swimming pool. Rowing. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. 36 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. Alpine garden. Old Swiss army fort.

Winter

Ski-region La Breya, total of 4 lifts. 2 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts. Total 25 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school. 12 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink. Further ski-regions: Verbier at 29 km. Highly recommended: winter tires and snow chains. Pass ST. Bernard: Reserve your day passes before your arrival at our office for the price of CHF 29 instead of CHF 43.

Nous avons grandement apprécié de prendre notre déjeuné sur le balcon avec vue sur le Grand Combin et le lac. C'était juste paradisiaque. L'appartement est grand, calme et agréable. Il y a un petit magasin a proximité. Et il y a tellement de possibilité d'activités (randonnées simples ou plus alpines, vélo route, VTT, natation, via ferrata, visite des gorges) que nous pouvons sans autre le recommander.

L'appartement est très bien situé, mais il mériterait quelques rénovations, plus spécialement la salle de douche et la cuisine. Piscine pas accessible durant notre séjour.

Grosse wohnung, alles vorhanden, leider sehr alt. Trotz laufender heizung, kalte wohnung wegen alter fenster. Renovierungsbedürftig, dafür sehr zentral gelegen und super , auch gut warmes hallenbad. Alles in allem gutes preis leistungs verhältnis.

Appartement bien situé, qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais tout à fait correct pour le prix. Excellente literie, agréable espace séjour, la piscine est un net plus, ainsi que la place de parc couverte. Le balcon doit être aussi très agréable lorsque la saison s’y prête. Seul point à améliorer : la propreté des ustensiles de cuisines (couverts, verres, tasses, ...), ce qui n’est pas surprenant car non inclus dans le nettoyage final, du coup cela dépend surtout du locataire précédent.

L’amabilité du personnel de l’agence de Champex est médiocre,voir mauvaise,personne à l’arrivée du séjour,et au départ,aucune question si le séjour c’est bien passé,si l’appartement nous a plus, rien... cela donne pas envie de revenir !!!! Mauvais....

Die Wohnung und das Haus sind etwas älter aber super erhalten und sauber. Schwimmbad und Sauna ebenso. Für einen ruhigen Winterurlaub mit kleinen Kindern im Schnee perfekt.

Appartement bien ensoleillé, correctement agencé mais avec du mobilier un peu vieillot. La piscine chauffée au rez-de-chaussée est un réel plus. Chambre à coucher avec lits superposés un peu exiguë. Difficile de dormir à 3 dans un si petit espace.
