Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 13 (roofed) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful apartment block "Parc", surrounded by trees. In the centre of la station, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house. (10 steps). Public parking 850 m. Shop 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 300 m, cable car 850 m, ski school 300 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, ice rink 800 m, children's playground 600 m, fishing possibilities.

1'500 - 2'200 m a.s.l. >>Small, quiet, family-friendly summer holiday resort and winter sports resort on the lake, situated at the foot of a mountain, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 9 km west from Orsières, 20 km south from Martigny, 29 km from Verbier. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, disco. Hiking. More possibilities for shopping 9 km. Access: motorway A1 Genève Lausanne - A9 Lausanne Sierre, exit number 22 "Grand St. Bernard". Access by train Martigny - Orsières - Orsières- Champex - En bus. Village surrounded by a pretty Alpine lake. It is located between the Grand St Bernard and the Mont Blanc massif.

Bathing lake, 1 km long. Outdoor swimming pool. Rowing. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. 36 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. Alpine garden. Old Swiss army fort.

Winter

Ski-region La Breya, total of 4 lifts. 2 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts. Total 25 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school. 12 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink. Further ski-regions: Verbier at 29 km. Highly recommended: winter tires and snow chains. Pass ST. Bernard: Reserve your day passes before your arrival at our office for the price of CHF 29 instead of CHF 43.

La position de la location est idéale au centre du village. Malheureusement, l'immeuble souffre d'un manque d'isolation phonique. Certains occupants n'ont aucun respect pour les autres et ceci même durant la nuit. De plus, on a du subir des travaux de pose de parquets (coup de marteau, perceuse...) durant deux jours continus juste dans l'appartement du dessous. Pas agréable du tout.

L‘appartement est joli, confortable et bien situé, très proche du lac et du magasin Edelweiss Market. L‘immeuble possède un ascenseur ce qui est pratique avec deux petits enfants. La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais il manque quelques éléments de base (pâte pour caquelon à fondue, allumettes, ciseaux…). De plus très peu de papier toilette est fourni pour une semaine (seulement 2 rouleaux pour 4 personnes).

Appartemmemt très bien situé dans champex qui permet d'avoir accès rapidement à tous les services. La cuisine manque un peu d'équipements (pas de mixeur, pas de presse-citron, pas de toaster). Sinon de manière générale concorde bien à la description. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr veraltet. Es gab keine Kaffemaschine. Das Bett war sehr unbequem und quietschte. Einzig die Lage und die Aussicht waren grandios.

Appartement très confortable et très propre avec une vue magnifique. Un petit bémol pour la qualité de l’eau qui est comme « poisseuse » (problème d’adoucisseur d’eau?) et qui laisse un film désagréable sur la peau/les aliments. Dommage alors qu’on est en montagne et qu’on aimerait profiter de « l’eau pure ».
