Charmant altmodisch eingerichtete ruhig gelegene Wohnung, ideal für 2 Personen, um Locarno und Ascona fußläufig zu erkunden.. Auch zwei Supermärkte sind in Fußgängernähe. Eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Schöner komplett überdachter Balkon (ideal bei Regen). Nette Vermieterin, die aber nur italienisch spricht!

Ruhige Lage mit gutem Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr in alle Richtungen. Ideal für Wanderungen, Klettern und andere Ausflüge. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr herzlichen Vermietern.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in Casa Tre G zu Gast. Gute Lage und sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin. Einzig der Zustand der Wohnung in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit wäre zu bemängeln. Etwas mehr Grundsauberkeit, wie z.B. das Entfernen von Haarresten im Ablauf der Dusche oder das Auswechseln der Bezüge des Terrassenmobilars wäre wünschenswert! Auch das Ersetzen von beschädigten Gegenständen, die offensichtlich von Vormietern so zurück gelassen würden, wäre schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus Tre G ist eine ideale Unterkunft um Locarno, Ascona und das wunderschöne Umland zu entdecken. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, die allesamt fußläufig erreichbar sind. Bus und Bahn sind in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar, man ist im Nu im Zentrum Locarnos. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, sie hat uns mit ihrer köstlichen selbstgemachten Marmelade versorgt. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde sie auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Wohnung top, perfekte Lage, um Locarno Ascona und die vielen Valles im Umland zu erkunden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat uns mit ihrer köstlichen selbstgemachten Marmelade versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt an sehr ruhiger Lage mit vielseitigen Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr für Ausflüge in die nahe und weitere Umgebung von Locarno. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet.

This is a hidden gem in Locarno. The apartment is large, stocked well, has a great balcony, parking, is close to everything, and the best part is the host. She is truly caring about your stay and comfort. She gave us a yummy gift of homemade jam and went out of her way to help us with our laundry. She only speaks Italian and we did our best with "Google Translate" to communicate. Yet this is a place were you really feel like part of the family : )

Die Lage ist perfekt mit gutem Anschluss zu öffentlichem Verkehr (Bus und Centovalli-Bahn), Nähe zum Fluss Maggia und mit dem Velo ist man schnell in der Region unterwegs. Das Appartement ist gut, die Küche hat alles was es braucht, grosser Kühlschrank, schöner Balkon, Betten sind gut (für lange Menschen zu kurz), Bad mit grosser Dusche ist gut. Einzig die Möblierung ist veraltet; hier dürfte eine kleine Auffrischung erfolgen. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich.

L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une petite terrasse donnant sur un très beau jardin. La literie très propre mais très ferme. Quartier très calme avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett begrüsst und alles gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir würden die Wohnung trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder mieten. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und es gibt einen Parklatz direkt beim Haus.

L'appartement est très bien situé à Locarno, proche des transports publiques. On a pu laisser la voiture sur la place de parc prévue et éviter de devoir batailler pour trouver une place dans Locarno. La Maggia coule à 100m de la maison et c'était très agréable de pouvoir s'y baigner le soir pour se rafraichir. Giulia, la propriaitaire, est super accueillante et adorable avec les enfants. Malgré la barrière de la langue, cela n'a pas posé de problème. L'appartement est très commode.
