Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private: natural state property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Patio, terrace, fireplace. Motor access to 115 m from the house. 115 m footpath to the house. Public parking 115 m on the road. Grocery 6.6 km, restaurant 6.6 km, bakery 6.6 km, bus stop "Postauto Linie 352" 555 m, lake Lago Maggiore 6.6 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Monte Verità, Ascona, Madonna del Sasso, Locarno-Orselina, Castelli di Bellinzona, Falconeria Locarno, Ronco sopra Ascona, Isole di Brissago, Mercato Luino (IT). The Riviera stretches from the foot of Monte Ceneri, over Magadino till the Italian border and on the east till the Monte Tamaro.Monte Gambarogno is situated in the heart of this area, ideal position for nature and sub tropical vegetation lovers. Cosy villages with a mild climate. Holiday resort directly by the Lago Maggiore. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Un petit chalet avec une vue incroyable, Une jolie terrasse, dans un endroit assez retiré et très calme. Assez petit, mais suffit pour une petite famille. Le chalet a beaucoup de cachet, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Chemin d'accès en herbe assez escarpé, avoir des baskets. Frigo qui fonctionne un peu mal (pas très froid, même à fond). Le canapé sent très très mauvais, il faudrait le remplacer. Pas de lave-vaisselle, mais pas grave. Manque une petite table basse qui serait très pratique au salon.

Ausicht über den See toll, sehr ruhig, einfache aber funktionale Ausstattung, sauber. Nichts für Menschen, die nicht „gut zu Fuß“ sind, da es vom Parkplatz noch gute 300 m bergauf sind und alles getragen werden muss (war aber für uns ok). Leider war in einem Raum Schimmel an der Wand - das war natürlich nicht ok.

Wir haben gefunden was wir gesucht haben. Ruhe & Entspannung! Absolut empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende & Naturliebhaber! Das Häuschen war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Garten so gross, dass wir mit dem Hund Frisbee spielen konnten! Top!

Beleuchtung usw.); Positiv: Kamin, Pelletofen, ruhige Lage (wenn ringsherum nicht vollbelegt); Größter Mangel: fehlende Kurzanleitung TV/Satbox, stattdessen Androhung von teuren Sanktionen, WLAN Code falsch, erst nach 3 Tagen korrigiert, keine Kulanz von Interhome. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und hat einen schönen Garten mit einem einmaligen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Auch können schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden.

Ideal für zwei Personen. Auto ein Muss. Anfahrtsweg etwas schwierig da steile enge Passstrasse (15Min von Magadino) Der Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus führt über Steine und Wiese, nichts für Gehbehinderte. Einmalige Aussicht und viel Platz rund ums Haus. Gemütlich im Innern, kleines Badezimmer. Im Grunde ruhig, je nach dem was in den Nachbarhäusern läuft.

Wir wurden schon bei unserer Ankunft von freilaufenden Hunden belästigt. Dies änderte sich die ganze Zeit nicht. Ein paar wenige Artikel wie Kaffee für die vorhandene Maschine etc. wäre schön gewesen. Leider war die Unterkunft eher weit weg vom Schuss. Aber das war mein Fehler beim buchen. Wer Ruhe sucht und mit einem Hund unterwegs ist, hat mir diesem Häuschen tolle Ferientage vor sich! Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden, da es einen riesigen, eingezäunten Garten hat. Allerdings ist es für vier Personen (unsere Kinder sind etwas grösser) recht eng (Badezimmer) und warmes Duschwasser reicht nur für 2 Personen am Morgen). Super Pellets-Heizung, so hatten wir immer warm. Gut eingerichtete Küche, allerdings ohne Geschirrspüler/ Waschmaschine. Garten nicht komplett eingezäunt.
