Small, open kitchen in the entrance (4 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC. Patio partly roofed, west facing position and south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only. NL-00003593

Above Vira (3 km), in the district Gambarogno, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, south-east facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular heated (depth 170 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, lounge, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house the grounds. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 50 m. Minigolf 4.5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Kücheneinrichtung kann verbessert werden. 3 Brotmesser aber keine Röstiraffel (nicht nur für Rösti). Alufolie oder ähnliches. Ansonsten klein, trotzdem geräumig, aber fein.

Das App.war von Möblierung her und Ausstattung etwas altmodisch. WLAN-Verbindung war nicht zufriedenstellend (immer wieder unterbrochen). Die Lage des Objekts am Hang verlangte eine aufwendige Anfahrt. Aber der Ausblick und die Ruhe der Anlage haben uns dafür entschädigt. Empfehlenswert ist der Besuch des nahegelegenen Botanischen Gartens.

Empfang sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Umgebung ruhig, sauber, schöne Aussicht. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, Ausflüge nach Italien, oder den ganzen Tessin. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, mit dem Velo oder Auto sehr flexibel und schnell.

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht. Netjes ingericht en schoon. Badkamer is wel wat gedateerd maar alles functioneerde goed. Vriendelijke en behulpzame huismeester. Fijn en goed onderhouden zwembad. In de regio is heel veel te zien en te doen.

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage mit Pool. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, In der Küche ist wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Eine Spülmaschine fehlt leider. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und der Service sehr gut.

Wir konnten unsere Ferien sehr geniessen. Die Wohnung ist zwar schon älter und einfach eingerichtet, enthält aber alles was es braucht. Sehr schöner Sitzplatz, auch der geheizte Pool war sehr angenehm. Vielleicht sollten die Stühle beim Esstisch einmal ersetzt werden. Die Betreuung war ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
