"Casa Naima", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, simple and cosy furnishings: large living room with satellite TV and flat screen. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony, south facing position. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. NL-00006277

Fescoggia 14 km from Lugano: Large, rustic single-family house "Casa Naima", 830 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. In the resort, in the district Alto Malcantonce, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: garden (fenced). Patio. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking (extra) at the house. Restaurant 10 m, bar, bus stop "Linie 423". Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, minigolf 12 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Swissminiatur, Melide, Schokoladen Fabrik, Caslano, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT, Mercato Luino IT, OUTLET Foxtown, Mendrisio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Alto Malcantone, Monte Lema-Monte Tamaro, San Salvatore-Alpe Vicania-Morcote, Monte Bré. Location Description Lugano

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, als wir ankamen und es war kalt (17 Grad). Das Haus brauchte mehrere Tage bis es die Grundtemperatur von 20 Grad erreichte. Die Vermieterin hat sich nicht ausreichend darum gekümmert und hat sich nach Sonntagabend auch nicht mehr gemeldet. Ferienkomfort ist anders. Im Sommer ist es durchaus eine nette Bleibe, das Grotto gegenüber ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gepflegt und hatte alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Vernieterin war sehr freundlich und sofort da, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Ich empfehle die Casa Naima auf jeden fall allem die Ruhe und erholung ohne Lärm und Hektik suchen. Einzig was zu Bemängelten war, das es im Oberen stock dir ersten zwei Nächte sehr kalt war, da noch nicht richtig geheizt wurde. Das wurde aber schnell behoben.

Das Haus ist mittelmässig, teilweise unpraktisch und schäbig eingerichtet! Viele kaputte Lampen, alte Tücher über Couch und Fauteuil geworfen. Zusammengewürfelte, abgenutzte Frottéewäsche, alte z. T. kaputte Deko, auch im Garten! Buchsbaumzünsler an der Hecke. DIREKT an der Strasse, recht laut, nicht für Kinder geeignet! KEIN Garten wie im Beschrieb, sondern Sitzplatz mit Granitesstisch. Betten sehr gut, Küche gut (billiges Besteck, lotterige Messer), kein Abwaschmittel zur Verfügung.

Die Umgebung ist fantastisch, das Haus wäre i.O. wenn es ein bisschen liebevoller und ohne kaputten Plunder eingerichtet wäre. Pro: Küche, Bad waren zufrienstellend. Contra: Das Haus ist mittelmässig, teilweise unpraktisch und schäbig eingerichtet! Viele kaputte Lampen und Leuchtmittel, alte Tücher über Couch und Fauteuil geworfen. Zusammengewürfelte, abgenutzte Frottéewäsche, alte z. T. kaputte Deko, auch draussen! Buchsbaumzünsler an der Hecke. DIREKT an der Strasse, recht laut, nicht für Kinder geeignet! KEIN Garten wie im Beschrieb, sondern Sitzplatz mit Granitesstisch.\nFrau Naima wollte uns beim Ankommen wieder nach Hause schicken, da wir 2 grosse Hunde dabei hatten. Sie hat auch verlangt, dass wir nach Hause kommen, weil wir 1x ohne Hunde essen gegangen sind (3x angerufen und gemailt!!). Geht gar nicht!

Schönes Haus mit gutem Platzangebot. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Von einem Garten zu sprechen ist übertrieben, es handelt sich vielmehr um ein Gärtchen. Der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse mit dem Steintisch ist sehr angenehm und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider hatten wir direkt gegenüber, in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Baustelle mit Lärm- und Geruchsemissionen. Werktags ging es um 7.00 Uhr los und so war es mit Ausschlafen in den Ferien nichts. Draussen sitzen war aus demselben Grund auch nur begrenzt möglich. Wir hätten es fair und ehrlich gefunden, wenn wir beim Buchen auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen worden wären. Ferien auf der Baustelle sind nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir waren auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Umgebung ist schön, man kann mit Hund gut spazieren gehen. Das Dörfchen ist herzig, man kann sehr feines Brot bestellen. Einen kleinen Dorfladen gibt es ein Dorf weiter. Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine gibt es dort nicht, dazu muss man ca. 20 min in die nächste Migros fahren.
