Exit to the patio. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 fold-away bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), electric heater. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Patio. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Brione Verzasca: Cosy "rustico" cottage "la Rustica", built in 1960. On the outskirts, in a quiet position, directly by the river, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property, garden. Barbecue. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop 15 km, grocery 700 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Tenero" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, public bathing area 15 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 15 km. , Please note: the surrounding area / garden is only partially fenced.

Location Description Verzasca

500 - 920 m a.s.l. >>The Verzasca is surely the only valley that took its origin from the south of the Alps. It starts in Gordola and it develops on 29 km until Sonogno. The number of different aspect in such a short distance is incredible. From the shores of Lake Maggione there is a road along the vineyards until the dyke of Verzasca. Sonogno has interesting craft centre and museum. Holiday resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in Tenero, 29 - 30 km. In the resort: grocery, restaurant.

Summer

Swimming and diving in the Verzasca, mountain stream. Several walking paths to Pincascia, Carecchio, Brione. The most beautiful walks start in the Verzasca valley : from Mergocia or Tenero until Sonogno. Sport centre in Tenero. Beach. Hiking paths.

Maison trouvée chauffée à l'arrivée et assez de bois pour le poêle suédois du séjour. Bon point ici. Néanmoins, maison très humide et lente à chauffer. Les services à la cuisine n'avaient pas tous été lavés correctement par les locataires précédents. Chambres plutôt petites, rendant les déplacements périlleux. Pas de contact autre qu'un numéro de téléphone avec les propriétaires, pour le côté "personnalisé" peut mieux faire. Maison sans doute idéale si canicule...mais par pluie, moins idéale.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Wir können Dieses Rustica nur empfehlen. Ich habe es für nächstes Jahr bereits wieder gebucht.

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in diesem Rustico. Es ist sehr klein, aber hat alles was man/frau so braucht. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Das 'Kinderzimmer' verfügt über ein Doppelbett und hat eine gute Grösse. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Das Bett ist allerdings super bequem, da nehm ich in Kauf, dass der Schrank sich nur halb öffnen lässt ;-). Der Garten ist auch eher klein, aber es hat sehr bequeme Stühle. Und der Sonnenschirm ist Gold wert.

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem Rustici leider täuschen die Fotos etwas über die tatsächliche Grösse in den Innenräumen. Ein Beispiel wenn man das Babybett dazu bucht sollte man wissen das es kein Platz dafür in dem Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat. Manche Möbel sind doch schon in die Jahre gekommen und stehen teilweise auch nicht sehr sinnvoll. Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet die Pfannen könnte man aber mal wieder erneuern. Was man noch wissen muss ist das es im ganzen Haus leider sehr feucht ist.

Ein Rustico, von der Grösse her super für zwei Erwachsene mit Hund. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alle für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Eher etwas negativ:,der Duschraum: ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Renovation verdient! Den Vermieter; haben wir gar nie gesehen. Somit musste auch kein Depot geleistet werden. Es wurde aber eine Tel-Nummer hinterlegt, um bei Problemen Hilfe zu bekommen. Gesamthaft; empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Bei Problemen hat man eine deutschsprachige sehr nette Anlaufstelle. Die Schlafräume sind recht klein, der kleine Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt und rundherum eingezäunt. Für 2 Personen mit Hund das ideale Haus! Direkt vom Haus ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Verzasca oder an der weniger frequentierten Osura. Negative Punkte für uns: - viele Fliegen - nicht so ruhig wie erwartet aufgrund Parkzone entlang der Stichstrasse
