For shared use: garden 30 m2 (not fenced) with lawn 8 m2, plants, public parking 20 m on the road. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "Linie 315, Posta Bignasco" 250 m, railway station "Locarno SBB" 30 km, lake Cascade Bignasco 500 m. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, skisport facilities 19 km, ski school 19 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Cascata Bignasco 500 m, Kirche San Giovanni Battista in Mogno 16 km, Altstadt von Locarno 28 km, Termali Salini & Spa Locarno / Lido Loca 28 km. Location Description Bignasco

200 - 750 m a.s.l. >>The Valle Maggia has an area of 568 m2, a fifth of the whole Ticino. The largest valley, 56 km long, offers several aspects. Between the bottom village Avegno (299 m) and the highest Bosco Gurin (1507 m) there is a gap of 1208 m. The valley splits in Ponte Brola into Maggia valley and Centovalli. In the Maggia valley there are several more little valleys: Val di Campo and Val di Bosco, Val Bavona, Val Lavizzara and Val Peccia. Cevio is the main village of the Maggiata valley and is situated 29 km north of Locarno. In Someo there are the waterfalls of Soladino (100 m dep). Shops and swimming pool in Bignasco. The Valle Maggia is a lovel holiday resort, in an idyllic position. PLEASE NOTE: not all villages have public transport.

Summer

Beach. Bathing bay. 1 cableways, 700 km hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Great swimming in the cristal clear water of the Maggia river. Stunning sandy beaches in Avegno and a unique water basin in Aurigeno. For lovers of peace and quiet, the area between Lodano and Someo is ideal, as well as the first part of the Lavizza valley from Cavergno to Broglio and Bavona. For those looking for something special there is the waterfall in Maggia, Giumaglio or "Puz Bel" in Cavergno. A cableway leads to Robei (1905 m) from San Carlo, 14 km away from Someo, into a beautiful mountain hiking region.
