Schöne Wohnung an zentraler Lage, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Gute und umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Vermisst haben wir einzig eine Espressomaschine mit Kapselsystem. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, direkt an der Fußgängerzone von Ascona! Die 2 Balkone sind schön, leider Liegestühle defekt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nicht angenehm und auch nicht gut eingerichtet. Die Wohnungstüre konnten wir erst nicht abschließen, weil man die Klinke erst nach oben drücken muss. Auf diese Besonderheit sollte man hinweisen.

E ine wunderbare Wohnung an sehr guter Lage, am Anfang der Fussgängerzone. Zwei, drei Minuten bis zum See und all den Restaurants. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit zwei Terrassen mit Aussicht auf die Berge! Sehr schönes Badezimmer, schöner Duschraum. Zweites Schlafzimmer mit viel Platz. Palmen und Blumen vor dem Haus, wunderbar!

Sehr schönes Elternschlafzimmer. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war mehr ein Abstellzimmer. Fenster war mit Packpapier zugeklebt, Matratze war fleckig, ein Tischgestell (ohne Tischplatte) wurde einfach an die Wand gestellt. Schönes Essgeschirr, aber zusammengewürfelte einzelne Gläser. Es gab immer wieder Probleme mit dem Fernseher, Bedienungsanleitung fehlte. Er funktionierte von Anfang an nicht. Frau C. war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

L'appartement quelque peu désuet est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la zone piétonne, du port, des transports publics et des commerces. Il dispose de très belles terrasses ce qui en fait sa qualité. L'endroit est calme. En revanche les chaises longues de la terrasses sont âgées et sales, L'appartement est vétuste, poussiéreux à notre arrivée (sur les meubles, sous les lits), les lits sont de mauvaise qualité et l'éclairage insuffisant. 2. Zimmer ist karg und dunkel. 4 Erwachsene geht für 2-3 Nächte, da auch nur eine Dusche zur Verfügung steht und in der Badewanne schlecht geduscht werden kann. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut, Klimagerät ist nützlich.

Liegt nahe an der Bushaltestelle Ascona, Borgo, also sehr gut auch ohne Auto erreichbar. In 1 min ist man zu Fuss am Beginn der Fussgängerzone, in 5 min am See. Die Wohnung war sauber bei der Ankunft und soweit gut eingerichtet, mit einem bequemen Sofa. Der Esstisch innen ist allerdings aus Platzgründen nicht so gross, und ebenfalls aus Platzgründen muss man auf Hockern sitzen, die man bei Nichtgebrauch unter den Tisch schieben kann. Das Kinderzimmer ist eher dunkel und karg.
