Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and electric heating. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Filter) extra) with hatch. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Upper floor: 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 large terraces partly covered, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (5). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the city. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Above Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south-west facing position. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (mountain road). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Linie 12" 5 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria-Porlezza-Como, Swissminiatur, Melide, Mercato Como, Ponte Tresa, Luino IT, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré,Monte Tamaro und Splash+Spa, San Salvatore-Alpe Vicania - Morcote, Sentiero dell'olivo. Location Description Lugano

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool war super und auch von der Terrasse aus (ebenso vom Wohnzimmer und von 2 Schlafzimmern) hat man einen tollen Blick auf Lugano. Das Ferienhaus ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Da wir dieses Haus schon seit Jahren kennen, wussten wir, was uns erwartet. Wir wurden wieder sehr freundlich willkommen geheissen, genossen die (erneuerte) Einrichtung der 60-er Jahre, fanden den Anschluss an den ÖV super (alle 30 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von Lugano), brauchten das schnelle WLAN, wanderten ab Haustür in die Wälder und auf den Monte Boglia und sassen auf der Terrasse mit Blick über Lugano zum San Salvatore und Monte Rosa.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet einen ausgezeichneten Blick über die Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist fast vollständig original aus den 60er Jahren erhalten und wo nötig sehr sorgfältig ergänzt worden. Somit bietet das Haus auch eine kleine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit und ist besonders für Design-LiebhaberInnen zu empfehlen. Für kleine Kinder sind die vielen Treppen eine Herausforderung, aber dies gilt für viele Häuser im Tessin. Ingesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung, nur die traumhafte Aussicht war noch besser! Die Bushaltestelle direkt beim Haus bringt einen unkompliziert zu diversen Lidos, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder ins Zentrum von Lugano.

Nach einigen Jahren Unterbruch durften wir dieses Jahr wieder einmal das Nido di Rondine geniessen. Der Anschluss an den ÖV ist unterdessen optimal, alle 30 Minuten hat es einen direkten Bus aus Lugano Centro. Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt!

Unterkunft war bestens. Mühsam ist, dass man Interhome nicht erreichen kann. Immer besetzt - man kommt nicht durch mit Tel Das ist echt schlecht bei Interhome und ein Grund , nicht mehr bei Interhome zu buchen. Daher : Kundenservice insgesamt "mangelhaft"

Ein schönes Haus mit Charme und Aussicht auf den Lago di Lugano. Passend um einfach auszuspannen. Abwechslungsreiche Wanderwege rund um den Monte Bré. Verbesserung: Das W-LAN sollte sich in der Nacht ausschalten lassen.

Sehr, sehr schöne Aussicht. Wohnung alt aber sehr sauber und sehr angenehm. Nur die Grille waren leider nicht zu gebrauchen da sie sehr viel Rost und Verkrustung hatten.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus . Ideal für Wanderungen . Ganz toll die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür . Die Aussicht auf Lugano , Berge und See sind fantastisch ( tagsüber wie auch in der Nacht . ) Nachts sehr ruhig . Toll auch die Moskitonetze vor den Schlafzimmern . Schade , dass in einem Zimmer das Bett zu klein für zwei Erwachsene ist . Pool mit Liegewiese ganz toll . Super , dass solch eine Location mit Hund vermietet wird .

Magnifique petite maison avec une vue magnifique sur Lugano. La piscine est petite mais parfaite pour les enfants. Logement idéal pour 4/5 personnes, c'est prévu pour 6 mais ça fait serrer. Très propre, bien entretenue tout est disponible sur place.

Die Lage dieses gemütlichen Hauses ist unbezahlbar, die Aussicht auf Lugano, den See und die Berge unvergleichbar. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Pool, eine herrliche Terrasse zum Grillen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet mit allem was es braucht.

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Garten mit dem Pool ein Paradies. Die Terrasse herrlich mit dem Cheminée. Sehr gut erschlossen mit dem ÖV. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und komplett eingerichtet.

Ein eher älteres Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, aber dies ist mit der Traum Aussicht fast schon vergessen gegangen. Die Einrichtung ist leider auch schon älter.
