Exit to the garden, to the patio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 bed and 1 sleeping facility. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: playroom with shower/WC and cable TV (flat screen). Large patio. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.

E-charging station. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Sumvitg-Cumpadials" 1 km. Cable car 8 km, skisport facilities 8 km, slopes 8 km, ski school 8 km, sled run 8 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Arena (Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis) 8 km, Brigels 16 km.

All shops, restaurants etc. in Ilanz, 38 - 40 km. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum, attractions. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Toboggan run. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - Chur, exit number "Reichenau". Then road A19 Ilanz - Trun - Disentis/Mustér. Access by train Chur - Ilanz - Disentis/Mustér. Railway station in the resort.

Summer

Bathing lake, 40 m long, up to 20 m wide, suitable for children. Tennis (6 outdoor courts, 2 indoor courts). Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run. Cableways, chair lifts, 350 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. 141 km bicycle paths, 296 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Ski-region Disentis 3000, from 1'248 m. 2 cableways, 3 chair lifts, 5 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 16 ski runs, total length 60 km (33 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 17 % difficult). Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 4 years old. Cross country ski tracks (illuminated), winter walking paths 55 km. Sports centre. Curling, 2 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Skiarena Andermatt Sedrun at 8 km, Skigebiet Brigels Waltensburg at 24 km, Weisse Arena Laax at 38 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

It's one of the most comfortable, convenient, beautiful vacation rentals we've stayed in. It was spotless, amazingly well-stocked, thoughtfully decorated. Photos don't do it justice - sunlight floods in through a wall of windows with gorgeous views. It's very spacious and private, and it was really fun having our own sauna and game room! It's on a main road but very quiet, with the living space well away from the street. Parking and supermarket are also convenient.
