Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 sofabed. Playroom. Wooden floors. Patio 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3), covered balcony, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Saas im Prättigau" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. 980 m a.s.l. >>Small, cosy, idyllic mountain village, on top of a hill, 20 km north from Davos. All shops, restaurants etc. in Küblis, 2 km. In the resort: grocery. Access: motorway A3 Zürich - Chur, exit number 14 "Landquart" 20 km from Saas im Prättigau. Then road Landquart - Davos. Access by train Landquart - Davos. Railway station in the resort.

Das Haus ist stilgerecht und wunderschön renoviert worden und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und der grosse Esstisch lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die beiden Badezimmer sind geräumig und modern. Auch in den Zimmern fühlten wir uns wohl, mit den schönen Betten und Anzügen. Einzig fehlte uns eine Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Vermutlich ist dies noch in Planung, da der Anbau noch nicht fertiggestellt ist. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Haus für Familien weiter.
