2-room apartment 65 m2 on 6th floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and cable TV (flat screen). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Davos: Apartment block "Guardaval (Utoring)". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

Small, well-known, busy town, mountain health resort, climatic health resort, summer holiday resort and winter sports resort with 13'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, night club, casino, concerts, museum, cinema, attractions. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Kirchner Museum, lakes nearby, coach tours, toboggan run.

From summer 2020, you will receive the following price reductions with the guest card: for example, the mountain railway costs two francs for adults and six francs for children (on the Schatzalp it costs eight or four francs). Various sports and entertainment facilities are offered free of charge or for five to ten francs. Bathing lake. Outdoor swimming pool. Sailing, surfing, rowing. Tennis (4 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 20 - 50 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fitness course. Fishing. Paragliding, total 8 mountain lifts and cableways. Mountain tours. 114 km bicycle paths, 115 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Ski-region Davos/Klosters Mountains. 2 mountain lifts, 9 cableways, 4 cable cabins, 10 chair lifts, 29 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 103 ski runs, total length 307 km (20 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 38 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 110 km cross country ski tracks in the region (3 km illuminated), ski walking paths, winter walking paths 84 km. 6 toboggan runs (long 24 km). Ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling.

Our stay this year was every bit as good as in 2023. Great apartment, beautiful views, handy location and Davos Dorf is a peaceful and relaxed destination in late June.

Die Unterkunft erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Einfacher Bezug und Abgabe der Wohnung. Wir waren praktisch immer alleine im Hallenbad. Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war hervorragend. Schade nur, dass der Lärm der Hauptstrasse morgens gut hörbar war.

The apartment was comfortable with plenty of space and a fantastic view through the large window. Balcony was also large and well-equipped. Kitchen equipment was fairly old but well maintained and it all worked as it should. Three supermarkets and a great baker nearby so supplies are not a problem. Bed was comfortable but only 1 pillow per person wasn't enough. Reception speaks limited English so bring a little German if you can. Would definitely stay here again.

Tolle funktionale und saubere Wohnungen mit einem einmaligen Ausblick auf Davos und die Berge! Angenehme Extras wie Hallenbad und Sauna. Freundliches und hilftsbereites Personal. Einkaufen (Spar, Coop, Migros), Parsennbahn und Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Und mit einem praktischen Skidepot bei Paarsenn spart man sich sogar das tägliche Skischleppen ;-) Abzug für die mangelhafte Wegbeschreibung/Ankunftsinformation und für die nur Barzahlung des Parkplatz (im Jahr 2022!).

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefült und nicht nur das schöne Wetter genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, man genießt den Blick über die Dächer von Davos, auch das Hallenbad ist schön. Für Lärmemfindliche ist diese Location vielleicht nicht ideal, denn man hört ab morgens früh den Verkehr der Straße und auch diverse Geräusche im Haus. Für uns hat's aber gepasst.

Der Name des Hauses hält was er verspricht. Der Hauswart, Herr D.Resetar, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Idealer Standort für Einkauf, Wandern, Bus, Bahn. Die reichhaltige Küchenausstattung kann durch einen Wasserkocher sinnvoll ergänzt werden.

Welch wunderbare Wohnung!! Alles tip top ausser die Matratzen, welche viel viel zu weich waren. Sitzkissen für Balkonstühle fehlen. Sonst einwandfrei gut und sauber.

Die Wohnung hat eine sensationelle Aussicht. Sie ist hell und geräumig und sauber. Auch aus der Küche hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Abwicklung von Wohnungsbezug und Abgabe ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Einziges Manko sind die durchhängenden Matratzen. Sonst ist alles ok.

Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty, wygodny i doskonale wyposażony z pięknym widokiem na okolicę. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia (wszystkie naczynia i sprzęty kuchenne, zmywarka, piekarnik, płyta ceramiczna, mikrofalówka, lodówka). Łazienka z wygodną wanną, ręczniki i suszarka do włosów. Duży balkon z meblami.
