Die Lage der Wohnun im Herzen von Dovos und Nahe bei Bushaltestelle und Hallenbad ist toll. Die Wohnun selbst ist gemütlich. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Das Bettsofa ist sehr hart und es fehlt ein Haartrockner.

In der Wohnung war keine Waschmaschiene - steht aber in der Beschreibung! - Diese steht für ALLE im Keller und kostet extra! Keine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, wenig Kochutensilien & mangelhaft (Vorallem Pfannen alt & ohne Deckel, Schneidebrett,...) Straße sehr laut.

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner stehen – wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – im Keller zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und sind kostenpflichtig. Eine Mikrowelle oder ein Eierkocher sind nicht Teil der Ausstattung. Ebenso ist erwähnt, dass das Apartment zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist. Wir bedauern, wenn die Küchenausstattung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach, und nehmen Ihre Hinweise gerne zur Kenntnis.

Vše bylo jak deklarováno. Obvykle lze najít možné zlepšení, např. chybějící mikrovlnka, nebo hlučnější větrák. Avšak v tomto případě drobnost nezkazí pohodové prostředí, příjemné lidi ani celkově skvělý relax.

Cuisine très vieille, env. 40 ans. Pas de micro-ondes. pas de machine à café selon standar actuel( Mélita). Rideau de douche défectueux. Une plaque de cuisson de la cuisinière n'est pas fixée correctement. Risque de court-circuit ??? Cuisine à rénover entièrement pour une mise à jour sans tarder. Impossibilité de sécher les linges de toilette (pas de barre de séchage) Linge de lit et lits très propres. Environnement silencieux et très agréable.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren aus den gleichen Gründen: Zentral und dennoch ruhig wohnen in Davos; fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar; ansonsten leigt die Bushaltestelle ca. 100m entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Allodstübli im Erdgeschoss: Sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung ist ok. Zweckmässig eingerichtet. Leider geht der Balkon Richtung Strasse und hatte im Oktober nur von 16.00-17.00 Uhr Sonne.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt für den Aufenthalt. Bei geöffneten Fenster stören die Geräusche des Verkehrs etwas.

Great apartment very close to skibuses and supermarkets. We went in very sunny week in late March and were able to enjoy the terrace until the sun went down and it got cold. Bathroom looks dated but was of excellent quality with really good shower so who needs a white suite. Kitchen facilities a bit dated but very functional with good dishwasher. We booked for 9 nights slightly out of season to match our flights so we searched on utoring apartments for that reason.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gern in den Allodpark. Man wohnt sehr ruhig und doch zentral und braucht die ganze Woche über kein Auto. Ein Geheimtipp ist das Allodstüble im Erdgeschoß!
