Comfortable, practical 3-room apartment on the first floor of the apartment building "Casa Selva" in a very quiet, sunny location. Living room and bedroom with new, modern furniture, TV, DVD player,IPhone dockingstation , radio and CD player. The sunny, south-facing balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. - Shared use of washing machine, dryer, ski room and ping-pong table. There is a parking spot in the garage for the apartment.

Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - San Bernardino, exit number 17 "Chur Süd" 18 km from Lenzerheide. Then road Chur - Parpan - Lenzerheide. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Zürich - Chur. Railway station "Chur" 18 km. Bus connection.

Als negativ würde ich den Rauch gestank in der Wohnung beschreiben. Wohnung wurde als nicht Raucher Wohnung angegeben.
