1-room apartment 28 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven). Hip bath/WC. Patio, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Ski-region Arosa-Lenzerheid, total of 42 lifts. 3 cableways, 17 chair lifts, 12 drag lifts. Total 225 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 26.5 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 70 km. Toboggan runs (long 4.3 km). Ice rink, curling, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge).

Appartement très bien équipé avec une grande pièce à vivre. Localisation parfaite, à proximité des remontées mécaniques et du centre-ville d'Arosa. Un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Location très conforme à l'annonce !

Wir wuden super nett empfangen und haben viele Infos erhalten, was wir alles vor Ort machen konnten. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, gerne wieder. Wenn ich nochmals komme dann unbedingt auf Interhome die einzelnen Wohnungen anschauen, da ein paar Sitzbadewannen haben und die anderen eine Dusche.

Diese Appartement darf man eigentlich gar nicht mehr vermieten, alles alt ( sicher etwa 50Jahre) und verlebt. Ist den Preis nicht wert! Schade für die schöne Lage.

Wir sind in einem Studio gewesen, das für einen Drei-Tage-Aufenthalt gut ausgerüstet ist. Die Betten waren angenehm und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer (Parterre) auf die Berge super. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und von hier aus ist man zu Fuss in 5' auf der Poste.

Das Zimmer hat eine eher rustikale Einrichtung, wir fanden es gemütlich. Bei heruntergeklappten Betten etwas eng, aber mit ein wenig Möbel umstellen kein Problem. Küche ist für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse konnten wir unseren Kaffee in der Morgensonne trinken. Einkauf, Spazierwege und Skipiste sind in Gehdistanz. Der Brötchenservice ist super.

Gepflegtes Gebäude mit Parkplatzmöglichkeit, sehr netter Verwalter, zu Fuss ist die Talabfahrt (15) in ca 400m erreichbar, das Appartment ist ein bisschen altmodisch eingerichtet, ich war mit meinem 16 jährigen Sohn da, hat uns nicht gestört, alles funktioniert, kleine Aussenterasse, klare Empfehlung.
