Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Italienne)) with dining table. Bath/WC. Oil heating. Small. Conservatory. View of the resort. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Apartment house "Pérolles", 7 storeys. In the resort, in a central position. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road extra. Grocery 3 m, shopping centre 450 m, restaurant 3 m, bus stop "Fribourg, Industrie" 3 m, railway station "Fribourg" 2 km. Please note: car not advisable. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Die Wohnung hat extrem nach Rauch gerochen und war als Nichtraucherwohnung ausgewiesen. Alle Kleidungsstücke rochen entsprechend, d.h. man konnte nur aus dem Koffer leben. Ansonsten waren die Handtücher teils angerissen. Das Geschirr war teilweise angeschlagen.

Neue Handtücher wurden bereits besorgt, und das Geschirr wird ausgetauscht. Bonjour,on a passé des bons vacances, tout est proche et tranquille, ce qui diffère, c’est le prix qui est assez cher, on pourrait bien rajouter un autre mois mais on avait pas assez d’argent pour payer le loyer, mais on a passé des bonnes journées, merci !
