Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 17 - A12 on the property (1 car), height 210 cm, width 220 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. : the sleeping area for the third person can be separated by a sliding door.

We loved the appartment that is great for 2 or 3 persons. The underground car park is also great, alongwith the laundry and ski room. The lift is small but quick. This is a short walk to the grocery store and a little bit longer to the ski cabin station and the St Moritz Bad swimming pool. Only little difficulty is putting away the bed, but this is nothing to be afraid of.

Freundlicher Empfang im Büro, problemloser Check-in. Garagenstellplatz leicht zugänglich mit direktem Lift zur Wohnung. Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien und Geschirr gut, aber nicht üppig, d. h. die Spülmaschine muss auch mal halbvoll laufen. Die Wohnung war vermutlich einige Zeit nicht belegt, denn unter den Klappbetten und auf dem Balkon hatte sich Staub und Schmutz angesammelt. Dies resultierte beim Betreten in einem etwas muffigen Geruch. Evtl. müssten die Polstermöbel einmal gereingt werden. Die kleine Wohnung war effizient und vollständig ausgestattet. Da St. Moritz ein stark frequentierter Wintersportort ist, war die Wohnung erkennbar auf Kunden ausgerichtet, die Wert auf eine preisgünstige Übernachtung legen und tagsüber unterwegs sind. Dafür kann sie uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Etwas befremdlich fanden wir, dass im Bad weder Handseife noch eine WC-Ersatzrolle und in der Küche nur 2 Spülmaschinen-Tabs vorhanden waren. Insgesamt haben wir uns jedoch wohlgefühlt. Den schönsten Blick auf den See hatte man übrigens vom kleinsten Fenster...
