Spacious and bright, partly renovated in 2016, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. 1 large room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 4 on the property, height 205 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.

In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Steep footpath (30 steps) to the house. Single garage at the house. Die Wohnung, vorallem die wunderschöne Aussicht hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für die gute Heizung und die Garage waren wir sehr froh, da wir im Winter die Wohnung gemietet haben. Leider ist das Sofa in der Stube viel zu weich. War gänzlich schlecht zum Sitzen, konnten es kaum benutzen! War sehr schade. Besten Dank

Côté positif : Vue magnifique et très calme. Côté négatif : Canapés pas confortable du tout. Manque de vaisselles. Fenêtres en très mauvaise état. La prise de la salle de bains pas adaptée pour le sèche-cheveux; le branchement devait se faire dans la cuisine!

Lage am Hang sehr schön, leider ÖV-mässig nicht erschlossen, im Winter mit Skiausrüstung mühsamer Weg über lange Treppe zur Corviglia Talstation.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und aus dem Schlafzimmer. Leider sind die Sofakissen ganz schlecht und sehr alt. Sonst alles sehr gut und Preiswert.

The apartment is very nice and open. Gorgeous view of St. Moritz down below. Nice size rooms and comfortable beds, but the large soft feather pillows were like wrestling water balloons. The walk is not too far from the Chanterella, but it is a steep hill. 4 wheel drive or chains are required to make it up the hill in the snow. With our chains on we were fine. Having the garage to park in was nice. My daughters liked having separate bathrooms. I would stay here again. Definitely NEED faster WIFI.
