Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Wohnung im 1.OG. Im Gebäudekomplex mit mehreren Häusern sind viele FeWo. Tiefgarage zubuchbar. Parken kostenlos ca. 200 m entfernt. Rezeption täglich besetzt. Wohnung gen Süden mit Blick auf Berge und einer Ecke vom See. Wohnung in älterem Zustand, jedoch nicht abwertend/schlecht deswegen. Soll saniert werden. Bäcker im Ort, 250 m Weg. Supermarkt in Silvaplana. Fahrrad-/Skiraum ist da, Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr. Für 2 Personen schöne ausreichend große Wohnung in Holzoptik. Großer Balkon.

Top Service von Frau Miggiano, Die negativen Bewertungen für diese Wohnung sind abstrus. Für den Preis kann man doch keine Turnhalle erwarten. Wohnung ist funktionell und für 4 Personen gross genug. Allerdings wäre es für 6 Erwachsene wohl etwas eng.

Fast schon frech ist, wie gross das Wohnimmer in den publizierten Fotos dargestellt wird. Effektiv ist es eng und dunkel. Dass man die Räumlichkeiten auf den Fotos vorteilhaft präsentieren will, ist ok und auch üblich, hier täuscht es aber gewaltig. Wir haben es nur ausgewählt, weil wir genug Platz haben wollten, und waren dann doch recht enttäuscht. Zudem war das Angebot für Gläser sehr knauserig, es gab nur zwei Stühle auf dem Balkon und die Steckdosen in einem Zimmer waren falsch montiert.

Appartement très agréable, nous étions 4. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, avoir 2 salles de bain, la bonne organisation,l'amabilité de la réceptionniste. Petit bémol: il faut enlever le coffre de toit de la voiture pour entrer dans le garage s'il dépasse 1m98,mais on peut le laisser dans un local. Il est très facile d'accéder aux pistes de ski de fond et alpin à pied ou en transports publics donc nous n'avons que très peu utilisé la voiture. Les oreillers sont très gros, les lits confortables.

Schöne Ferienanlage an guter Lage (ideale Busverbindungen, Nähe Corvatschbahn, Café und Pizzeria). Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption mit zuvorkommender Bedienung. Zweckmässig bis gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir wünschten uns eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine; evtl. lohnt sich eine Anschaffung einer solchen.
