Appartment is over the restaurant. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen. Sie liegt in Gehdistanz zum Skilift Cristins oder dem Ortsbus. Wir schätzen es, dass die Rezeption im Haus ist und man den Schlüssel direkt dort bekommt und wieder abgegeben werden kann. Die Tiefgarage ist im Winter auch ein grosses Plus. Die Wohnungen werden gut betreut.

Hell und freundlich mit viel Nachmittags- und Abendsonne. Gute Aussicht auf die Berglandschaft. Die Galerie ist trotz Dachschräge für zwei Personen ausreichend. Das Mobiliar ist veraltet und abgewohnt, vielleicht sollte mal was investiert werden; allerdings erhöht das wohl den Mietpreis. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder.

Helle Wohnung, Abendsonne, Blick auf die Gipfel! Ausstattung und Mobiliar etwas veraltet, aber alles funktionsfähig und praktikabel. Galerie ist sehr geräumig! Treppe jedoch etwas steil/nicht geeignet für kleinere Kinder.

5 étoiles pour la situation ainsi que le service de réception/conciergerie! Par contre, l'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement en profondeur: Vieille moquette sombre, meubles foncés et abimés, canapé et fauteuils usés et sales, escalier à la limite dangereux, salle de bains des années 70/80. Très petite cuisine, mais bien agencée à part les plaques de cuissons vieillottes. Mais l'appartement a été propre en arrivant, et S. à la réception est tout à fait adorable!

Treppe zum oberen Stock mangelhaft, Heizung ungenügend, zwischen 19 und 20 Grad, Dunkel, Duschgriff mit scharfen Kanten, Wasserhähne mangelhaft. Lavabo Stöpsel mangelhaft. Keine Garderobenablage im Flurbereich Mobiliar , Sofa, Fauteuil vollkommen abgewohnt, mit speckigem unhygienischem Glanz nach unzähliger Benutzung! Schlechtestes Mobiliar , das wir jemals (nach mehr als 20jähriger Miete) im Utoring angetroffen haben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Surlej. La navette gratuite passant toutes les 20'devant la résidence nous a permis de nous déplacer très facilement jusqu'à Silvaplana pour les courses ou pour prendre les bus ou le car postal. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Restaurant-pizzeria au rez de chaussée

Ogólnie obiekt ze świetną lokalizację . Komunikacja z recepcją bez uwag. Wyposażenie apartamentu kompletne. Jedyny minus to brak połączenia internetowego w apartamencie. Sygnał był dostępny tylko na korytarzu. Pomimo problemu z internetem apartament godny polecenia.
