Partial view of the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Wir haben überhaupt nicht diese Wohnung erhalten, die auf dem Bild ist , diese haben wir gebucht und haben eine Wohnung in Silvaplana erhalten, das hätte ganz schön schief gehen können, wir sind natürlich sehr enttäuscht Ich habe das erst zwei Tage vor Bezug bewerkt, da war nichts mehr zu machen, schade , dass das passiert ist, E. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Hausverwaltung. Negativ: Keine Aussicht, Sicht auf einen Steinhang mit ein paar Tannen. Keine Sonneneinstrahlung. Dies muss in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden!

Appartement bien agencé et bien conçu. Le personnel est très sympathique et gentil et il se donne même la peine de parler notre langue. La place de parc dans le garage est un plus. L'établissement est très facile à trouver. Nous avons eu énormément de plaisir et nous reviendrons. A recommander....

Gebäude ist etwas älter, im Studio hat es jedoch alles, was man braucht. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Wasser. Für zwei aktive Personen, die nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen, reicht der Platz völlig aus. Bett lässt sich einfach und leicht hoch- und runterklappen. Würde wieder kommen.
