Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Small balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n W 12, height 210 cm, width 225 cm. Please note: no lift. The chimney can not be used.

Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Lage direkt an der Loipe, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Tolle Aussicht durch das Panoramafenster. ABER: bei Belegung zu fünft zu wenig Stauraum: Flurschrank ist privat, im Eltern SZ ein Schrank komplett geschlossen, im EZ mehrere Fächer privat belegt). Im zweiten DZ nur kleines Regal. Geschirr knapp ausreichend, Format nicht zur Belegung passend (kleine Auflaufform, kleine Salatschüssel), heller Teppich in Wohnraum nicht wirklich lecker. Matratzen zu weich. Sofas für 5 grosse Menschen zu klein

Volets, portes et fenêtres qui ferment mal ou grincent. Manque pas mal d ustensiles dans la cuisine. Aucune pression dans la baignoire, impossible de se laver. Réseau électrique catastrophique et manque de prises. Manque de lampes. Manques chaises sur le balcon. Pas assez d’armoires et étagères. 2eme salle de bains en enfilade, vraiment pas pratique et ce n’est pas explicite lorsqu’on réserve. Pas de tables de nuit dans une des chambre. Manque store sur le balcon.

die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, hat einen tollen Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon (auf den aber leider erst Nachmittag die Sonne scheint, morgens ist er etwas kühl), sie ist ruhig, großzügig geschnitten, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat aber leider keine Mikrowelle, Internet ist hervorragend, mit einem Schlüssel sind Garage und alle anderen Türen zu öffnen, guter Bäckerei mit Café und Seilbahn, Fahrradverleih und ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig und es gibt unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten

Guter Service und saubere, grosszügige Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht. Altmodische Einrichtung wurde teilweise erneuert. Alles funktionell in Ordnung und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Werktags leider etwas Baulärm vom Nachbarhaus während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir wurden aber frühzeitig darauf hingewiesen. Gerne wieder; bereits gebucht!

Küchenschränke/Herdplatten/ Duschvorrichtung renovationsbedürftig, Lavabos stark beschädigt, Balkontürgriff mangelhaft! Frühere Info über grosse Baustelle nebenan wäre nötig gewesen! Wir hätten dann umgebucht oder eine Gutschrift erwartet!
