Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 7 on the property, height 250 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Information concerning the Skipass you can find on Snowdeal Engadin, the price is subject to demand, who books early profits from interesting discounts. ski-region Corvatsch, from 1'870 m, 12 lifts in the resort, 58 lifts in the ski region. 88 ski runs in the ski region, length 350 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 230 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Die Wohnung liegt über der Bäckerei Grond und schräg vis-à-vis des örtlichen Volg inmitten von Silvaplana. Zur Busstation Kreisel-Mitte-Silvaplana sind es 3-4 Minuten zu Fuss. Obwohl eine Tiefgarage vorhanden, kann dank des Top-OV-Angebotes das Fahrzeug stehen gelassen werden. Besser: man reist gleich mit der Bahn und Postauto an :-) die Stube ist sehr grosszügig bemessen ebenso der Balkon. Schöne und geschmackvoll einterichtete Wohnung mit viel Stauraum auch für 4 Erwachsene dank 2 Badezimmern.

Grundsätzlich alles in guter Ordnung. Was verbessert werden könnte: - Molton unter der Matratze ist unangenehm (plastifiziert) - Matratzengrösse 80x200 zu schmal und zu hart - Lichtverhältnisse im Wohn-/Esszimmer ungenügend - Im Badezimmer mit der Badewanne fehlt ein Duschvorhang

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Bettenqualität /Matratzen, Kissen sind sehr hart. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Italienische Wohnung (kein SRF TV) Als ich die Bewertung vor Ort im Interhome Büro abgegeben habe und diese Mängel erwähnt habe, hat man mich sehr unfreundlich abgewimmelt. (Es war eine deutsche Dame, sehr unfreundlich) Sie meinte, ich hätte sicher den TV selbst umgestellt. Die Betten wären gut.

Schöne, gut gelegene und im grossen und ganzen sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Folgende Mängel sollten beseitigt werden: 1) Bei der Vorhangstange im Wohnzimmer fehlt der linke Holzzapfen (wurde bereits gemeldet) 2) Sitz-/Liegekissen für Metallstühle und Liegestuhl auf dem Balkon fehlen. 3) die Nespresso- Kaffeemaschine ist unglaublich laut. Sollte aus Rücksicht auf die schlafenden Mitbewohner gelegentlich ersetzt werden. Beste Grüsse J. H.

Geräumige Wohnung, gepflegte Ausstattung, sauber, schöne Aussicht, ruhige und optimale Lage zu ÖV und Einkaufsläden. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Die vielen Pferdebilder und alten Skiers an den Wänden sowie die staubigen Bücher sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Sehr attraktiv & zentral gelegen in Silvaplana, ideal für Familien mit Kinder. Sehr moderne Infrastruktur im Mehrfamilien-Haus mit Lift, Ski und Velo-Biker-Keller usw selbst. Ideal um das Auto in der Tief - Garage stehen zu lassen und mit Skibusse (ÖV) an die 3 Bergstationen zu fahren. Surlej-Corvatsch , Furchellas, St. Moritz. Die Wohnung verfügt über jeglichen Komfort einer 4 Stern Klasse. Grosse und moderne 2 Badezimmer. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
