Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. Bath/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 523 (1 car) at 200 m, height 225 cm, width 210 cm. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house.

Writers such as Nietzsche, artists like Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie drew their inspiration from the impressive wide open spaces and the magical light here and they played a considerable role in establishing Sils as THE cultural centre of the Engadin. For particularly high values on the Bovis scale – the life force index – have been measured here. Nestling idyllically between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is a perfect starting point for walks in this light-flooded landscape. Information concerning the Skipass you can find on Snowdeal Engadin, the price is subject to demand, who books early profits from interesting discounts. Ski-region Furtschellas - Corvatsch, from 1'797 m, 12 lifts in the resort, 58 lifts in the ski region. 88 ski runs in the ski region, length 350 km, snowboard slope. Ski school (cross country), children's ski school from 4 years old. 230 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Die Wohnung war allgemein sehr sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein kleines Update bekommen. Die Lage ist für Geräuschempfindliche unglücklich, da die Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstrasse ausgerichtet sind und der Winterdienst sehr früh anfängt.

Ausstattung, Einrichtung und Größe der Wohnung ließen kaum Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und benutzerfreundlich konzipiert. Statt der Badewanne hätte es gerne eine Dusche sein können; unabhängig davon würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten . Der Milchaufschäumer benötigt wahrscheinlich neue Batterien - funktionierte nicht . Wir haben uns dort jedenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten es deshalb auch an einem Regentag dort aushalten .

Die schöne Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, was allerdings nicht störend ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst hat alles gut gepasst. Super ist die gute Lage, der VOLG liegt direkt nebenan und wir haben für keine unserer Wanderungen das Auto gebraucht.

De woning ligt heel centraal schuin tegenover de supermarkt. Alles is aanwezig in keuken en de slaapkamers zijn ruim. Badkamer is met bad. Parkeergarage op loopafstand. De slaapkamers liggen aan de hoofdweg naar Sils maar daar hebben wij geen hinder van ondervonden (er zijn rolluiken). Sleutel ophalen in hoofdkantoor St. Moritz ging heel goed met vriendelijk personeel.

Der Natur angepasste Häuser. Siedlung zu sagen, wäre schal. Es ist ein bürgerliches, in allen Belangen gut funktionierendes Domizil. Auch zur Selbstversorgung insgesamt optimal eingeichtet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal und ruhig gelegen. Busstation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet, trotzdem gemütlich und schön, wenn man mal drinnen bleiben muss. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer renoviert und sehr schön möbliert.
