Spacious, partly renovated in 2017, cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook and TV. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony furniture (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 21, height 195 cm, width 235 cm. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.

Idyllic, quiet, family-friendly holiday village, summer holiday resort and winter sports resort, in a valley with beautiful view, 16 km from St Moritz, 80 km south from Chur, 170 km north from Milano. In the resort: bar, attractions. At 16 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 3 - 8 km. Wellness park Ovaverva - Hallenbad und Spa St. Moritz 13 km. Access: railway station in the resort. Bus connection.

Das Studio hat uns sehr gedient. Wohnraum recht gross, hingegen Küche sehr klein. Garage haben wir gerne genutzt. Bäckerei an der Ecke haben wir gerne unterstützt. Dorfführung sehr informativ. Madulein ist auch mit öV sehr gut erschlossen.

Location bien placée, fonctionnelle et agréable. Emplacement calme. Chauffage de l'appartement non réglable; il fait trop chaud (en octobre). A noter que nous n'avons jamais pu obtenir de réponse d'Interhome concernant l'équipement de l'appartement. Cuisine moyennement équipée: manque de casseroles; pas de sous-plat; ni sel ni poivre; etc.

Eine hübsche kleine und doch geräumige Ferienwohnung - besonders schön ist die kleine Sonnenterrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht. Auch der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr angenehm.

Die Wohnung war zweckmässig, mit Stil und gemütlich eingerichtet. Was wir gewünscht hätten, wäre ein Schlüsselsafe vor Ort gewesen. Denn die Schlüssel müssen von St. Moritz geholt und wieder zurückgebracht werden. Der Schlüsselsafe in St. Moritz hat aber bestens geklappt und ist ein super Service, für Leute die später anreisen. Insgesamt waren es sehr schöne Ferien und eine ruhige Umgebung!

Ankunft und Abreise sind ohne Aufzug im Haus mühsam. Von der Garage mit Gepäck zwei Stockwerke erklimmen müssen, war eine böse Überraschung. Einmal in der Wohnung fühlt man sich in dem offenen, grosszügigen Raum mit Ausgang auf einen angenehmen Balkon sehr wohl. Störend hingegen ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Balkon des Nachbarn : man hört schlicht alles bei offenem Fenster. Das Badezimmer ist winzig klein, schlicht unmöglich, die Küche schlecht ausgerüstet.

die wohnung ist ganz ruhig gelegen und bietet eine tolle aussicht. die ausstattung ist zweckmässig und die einrichtung ebenfalls. küche und bad sind etwas in die jahre gekommen, aber das war kein problem. dass es kein wifi gab, war eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es sind ja ferien.
