Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2020, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 small room, without window with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 32 on the property (1 car), height 205 cm, width 225 cm. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house.

All watersports available in Silvaplana 3 km. Bathing lake, 1 km from the resort. Sailing, surfing, sailing school. Summer sports 3 km. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 4 indoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan, 3 more golf courses within a radius from 1 - 18 km. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Cette location très propre est bien située pour rayonner dans la région. L’agence sur place a pu solutionner certains petits problèmes et nous l’en remercions. Nous tenons à signaler que les suspensions dans les armoires sont trop hautes ainsi que le porte-serviette de la douche. De plus, les portes des placards sont très lourdes et difficiles d’accès. Par ailleurs, il n’y a aucune information pour le paiement du lave-linge.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, gemütlich eingerichtet, hell und mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Hirschgeweih über dem Sofa ist ja nicht zu übersehen. Bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung hat sich wohl ein Hirsch-Liebhaber ausgelebt. Das Hirschmotiv ist mehrfach vorhanden. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet und es funktioniert alles. Nicht vergessen Gewürze, Öl etc zum Kochen selber mitnehmen. Der Laden vis-a-vis hat eine nette kleine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln.
