Bath/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 211 (roofed), height 200 cm, width 220 cm. Please note: apartment courtyard side. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house.

This is a very beautiful small studio in Champfer. Very close to 2 bus stops and a small well equipped store across the street for essentials and bread. Very clean, everything new. Two single beds side by side. Well equipped tiny kitchen.

Leider waren etliche Sachen nicht befriedigend. Die Glaskeramik war sehr verkrustet, abstauben wurde bestimmt vergessen. dies sind die 2 Sachen betr. Wohnung. Der ganze Stress mit Wasser abstellen, 2 Nächte im Hotel waren nicht gerade erholsam und dazu noch sehr teuer. näheres können Sie beim Büro St. Moritz erfahren.

Vorab wurden Sie über die Bauarbeiten am Dach informiert und ein alternatives Apartment wurde angeboten, das von Ihnen abgelehnt wurde. Leider begann ein weiterer Nachbar zur gleichen Zeit mit Bauarbeiten, was zu den Wasserproblemen an einem Tag führte. Um Ihren Komfort zu gewährleisten, organisierten die Kollegen für Sie zwei Nächte im Hotel. Wir entschuldigen uns für den Zustand der Glaskeramik, dieser Mangel wurde umgehend behoben.
