Simple and practical furnishings: living/sleeping room, window onto the courtyard with 2 sofabeds and TV (flat screen). 1 room with Dressing room, without window with 1 double bed (1 x 170 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. No view. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 83 (500 m), height 215 cm, width 225 cm. Please note: suitable for families apartment courtyard side. Non-smokers only. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Extrem hellhörig; vor der Tür extrem glatt; Lüftung im Bad kaputt; Kaffeemaschine auch; Schlafsofa bretthart; Heizung nicht regulierbar.

Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert einwandfrei, sie wurde gründlich geprüft. Auch die Heizung ist regulierbar, es befinden sich übliche Radiatoren in der Wohnung. Die Belüftung wurde repariert, wir bedauern die Umstände, die Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir Sie nochmals willkommen heißen dürfen.

Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel (kaum Fenster) und kalt (16 Grad bei Ankunft, die Küche blieb kalt, der Wohnraum konnte bis auf 20 Grad geheizt werden, dank Radiator im Bad und geschlossener Türen). Da sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet hatte es einige Kellerasseln (tot und lebendig). Ausserdem lebt wahrscheinlich eine Maus in der Zimmerdecke (nachts hörbar). Dass das W-Lan separat bezahlt werden muss ist nicht sehr zeitgemäss. Die Wohnung hat meine Erwartungen für den Preis nicht erfüllt.

Ist Wohnung ist zu dunkel. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein großer Raum mit 2 Sofas und wenig Licht - nicht einladend. Die Küche ist ok ausgerüstet - man muss aber improvisieren - zb fehlt eine große Pastapfanne u -Schüssel. Das Bett ist gut u bequem - das Schlafzimmer hat aber kein Fenster.

I miei figli hanno soggiornato in questo appartamento molto carino e tipico tutto era pulito confortevole e funzionante inoltre la location al centro del paese vecchio a Favorito tutti i loro spostamenti. Speriamo di ritornare presto.
