Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Wood heating. 2 balconies, large terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house, single garage. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Stalden, Post" 2.5 km, railway station "Sarnen" 4 km, bathing lake "Sarnersee" 5 km.
