The basement has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage room. A ski room for shared use and 1 reserved parking space (no. 23) in the underground parking with charging facilities for electric cars are also available. The apartment is located in the heart of Schönried and is suitable for summer and winter holidays. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find everything you need for an uncomplicated holiday: railway station, dairy, butcher's shop, bakery with grocery shop, several restaurants, two sports shops and the chairlift Horneggli. The apartment Grace combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Living/dining room with spacious open-plan kitchen (equipped among other things with induction hob, oven with warming drawer, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set), dining table, sofa and TV (Swisscom). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x100x200cm) and direct access to the bathroom with shower/toilet. Additional 1 separate toilet. The whole apartment disposes of an individually adjustable floor heating in each room (incl. bathroom). WiFi and Sonos music system (wireless music pleasure via WiFi) in the living room and bedroom. INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 parking space (no. 23) in the garage, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. Seit Jahren komme ich im Winter nach Schönried und ich muss sagen dass das eine der schöneren Wohnung ist die man hier mieten kann. Sie hat eine schöne Grösse, ist sehr gemütlich, stillvoll und mit modernem Komfort eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer und das Gäste WC sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Ich kann die Wohnung jedem empfehlen der einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft erleben will.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und ist äusserst schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man wie wir ausschliesslich mit dem ÖV unterwegs ist. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungverhältnis. Gerne wieder einmal!

Ich komme seit Jahren nach Gstaad. Ich muss sagen,dass das eine der schöneren Wohnungen ist. Sie hat eine schöne grösse, ist sehr gemütlich und komfortable Eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind mega bequem. Ich kann die Wohnung jedem empfehlen der einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft erleben will. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat bestens geklappt.... Komme bestimmt wieder.
