110 m2. More information by the provider: Detached chalet (110sqm) in a quiet, extremely sunny location with good view towards the Hornberg. There is a long stair (approx. 240 steps!) leading to the chalet. The chalet was built in 1949 and is in a very good state of repair. An open car park is available. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement. 7 room chalet with kitchen/dining room among other things furnished with filter coffee machine, as well as a fondue- and raclette set. Living room with radio, TV, telephone. WiFi. 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. 5 bedrooms: 1 king size bed, 1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 low-ceilinged 3-bed room on the attic (suitable for children). Baby cot (60x120cm) excl. bed linen available. Guests are not allowed to use the chimney in the living room. Distribution of the rooms: On the ground floor = living room + kitchen + 1 shower + 1 separate WC. On the 1st. floor = 2x double room and 2x single room + 1 bathroom with WC On the 2nd. floor (attic) = 3 single beds, where for children would be meant. INLCUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, 2 parking spaces next to the main road beside the waste container, washing machine, tuble dryer, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), baby cot (60x120cm, excl. bed linen), final cleaning and visitor's tax.
