Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, cable TV, radio and electric shutters. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Shop 1.2 km, grocery 900 m, bus stop "Kehr" 200 m, railway station 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.4 km. Cable car 4 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, skisport facilities 1.2 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Nearby attractions: Oeschinensee, Blausee. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Adelboden - Lenk, Nordic Arena Kandersteg. Hiking paths: Sunnbüel - Gemmi, Lötschental. Well-known, cosy holiday resort with 1'180 inhabitants, at the end of a valley, situated at the foot of a mountain. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Climbing, hiking, climbing wall outdoor/indoor, waterfall, indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre. Access: motorway A6 Bern - Spiez. Then via Frutigen - Kandersteg. Access by train Bern - Lötschberg - Simplon. Railway station "Kandersteg".

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (2 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Riding. Fitness course. Fishing. Paragliding, summer tobbogan run in Oeschinensee. 2 cableways, 1 chair lift 550 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, 100 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. Ideal starting point for high mountain climbing tours.

Winter

Cross country skiing eldorado. Ski-region Oeschinen und Sunnbüel. 1 cableway, 1 chair lift, 3 drag lifts, 3 children's ski lifts. Total 15 km ski runs (75 % easy, 25 % intermediate). Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 57 km cross country ski tracks in the region (6 km illuminated), 8 km high altidude pistes 1'870 - 1'930 m high, winter walking paths 55 km. 1 toboggan run, partially floodlit (long 3.5 km). Ice rink, indoor curling. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Lauchernalp (Lötschental) at 15 km.

This apartment could be amazing if there were a few minor adjustments . Having one set of keys for 4 adults is not reasonable. We traveled with my elderly parents and we were constantly having to coordinate on how to get back in the building . Secondly, I understand the reason for no air conditioning but it did get quite warm in the apartment and the additions of some floor fans would solve that issue. We tried opening the doors & windows but the flies were insane. I'll address the biggest issue

We appreciate the suggestions for fans. They will arrange for fans being set up asap. Although, on hot days in the summer, it is important to close all windows and blinds during the day and open only at night to let the cool air in. As for the keys, there is only one set on purpose. If guests like to leave independently, they are welcome to use the key safe provided: last one out puts the key in the safe, first one in gets it back from there.

La vaisselle n'est pas en nombre suffisant, en effet, 4 assiette de chaque pour un tel appartement n'est pas conforme à ce que l'on peut s'attendre. Cela implique une sur utilisation du lave vaisselle car au lieu de laver une fois par jour il faut laver après chaque repas. Bruyant car donne directement sur la route qui est très fréquentée. La télévision n'a pas le minimum avec les chaînes essentielles. Sinon il faut un abonnement à Apple TV. Netflix est réglé en Russe et ne peut être changé.

Sehr sauber, gut organisiert, alles vorhanden, wir waren sehr zufrieden. - einziger Minuspunkt, dank der kontaktlosen Übergabe, gab es keine gestempelte Gästekarte, aber das konnten wir verschmerzen und wäre bei Nachfrage sicher lösbar gewesen.
