"Heidi", 4-room maisonette 120 m2 on 2 levels, on the top floor, south facing position. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, partly renovated in 2023, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with cable TV (flat screen). 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Carpet. South facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 18, height 200 cm. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house. No lift.

Small apartment house, 3 storeys. In the district of Rehhalten, 200 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (50 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking. Shopping centre 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 100 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop "Kirche & Pfingsteggbahn" 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1 km, tennis 800 m, minigolf 500 m, sports centre 800 m, mountain railway 900 m, gondola lift, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 800 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Free use of local bus services (please show your guest card, collection on arrival), ONLY applies to bus stops in the village of Grindelwald. Well-known, family-friendly holiday resort with 3'800 inhabitants, situated at the foot of a mountain, 20 km south-west from Interlaken. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Bathing lake, 20 km from the resort. Outdoor swimming pool. Surfing, sailing school, river rafting, canyoning. Tennis (6 outdoor courts), golf course 9 hole, 1 another golf course in 20 km. Minigolf. Riding in Interlaken 20 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run, long 725 m climbing park, high rope course. 1 mountain lift, 3 gondola lifts, 300 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing, children's hiking paths. 100 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Grindelwald. Mountain lifts, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 51 ski runs, total length 213 km (35 % easy, 45 % intermediate, 15 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten from 3 years old. 30 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 80 km. Toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor curling, curling. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Wengen, Mürren, Schilthorn. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die gut ausgerüstete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zwei Badezimmer bieten Komfort, und der zusätzliche Aufenthaltsraum in der Mansarde ist ideal zum Zurückziehen. Die Garage ist praktisch und dank der guten Lage erreicht man alles schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!
