Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, boiler (50 litres). Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 11 m2. Terrace furniture, box-room. Partial view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). On the outskirts, 650 m from the centre of El Medano, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 300 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool angular fenced (depth 100 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, communal covered parking space n 94. Central parking spaces. Shop 250 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, café 250 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "El Médano" 1.1 km, sandy beach "Playa El Salado" 200 m. Nearby attractions: Siam park 22 km, Playa de Las Americas 23 km, Teide 51 km, Masca 55 km. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description El Médano

Well-known fishing village, in the southern part of the island, 62 km south from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 28 km east from Arona, 23 km east from Los Cristianos. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. El Medano has magnificent natural beaches with blue flag award.

Gerade ist gegenüber eine sehr große Baustelle und eine vielbefahrene Strasse, daher ist es sehr laut, Abgase, Staub. Somit war der Balkon für uns nicht nutzbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Sitzgelegenheiten könnten mal ersetzt werden. Die Klingel (unten) ist defekt.

Schön, dass Sie die Wohnung als gut ausgestattet und sauber empfunden haben. Die Baustelle befindet sich in der Straße, aber nicht direkt vor dem Gebäude. Wir bedauern, dass dieser Punkt den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat, bisher gab es dazu keine Beschwerden. Ihre Hinweise nehmen wir alle gern auf.
