Bath/WC. Upper floor: living room 33 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Dining room. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Hip bath/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 16 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of La Alhambra. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Legendary Carmelite building (17th century garden and fruit trees) in Granada, situated in the suburb of Albaicin (historic city centre, World Heritage Site), just opposite the Alhambra and with lovely views. House "Carmen Del Agua". In the centre of Granada. Private: swimming pool (3 x 10 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (29 steps) to the house. Parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 170 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Granada

683 m a.s.l. >>Historical town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. At the foot of the Sierra Nevada, the capital of the last musulman reigns, is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. Of tourist interest: el Albaicin, the old town (protected by UNESCO), el Sacromonte, old trogoldite area with many caves, currently used for many flamenco shows, the impressive arabian palaces of the Alhambra and the Generalife, the cathedral and the chapel. Granada has a lively daily life, with shows, festivals, exhibitions all year round. Also its varied craftwork, with its famous guitar industry and wood work, goldsmith and leather goods.

We enjoyed the perfectly situated old house, a maximum star attraction in itself, with antique furnitures and tiles. E. was a fantastically nice and helpful host. The view of Alhambra is great, the private garden even better. Narrow streets, go with the narrowest possible var.  Many antiquities = I was happy not to have young children there.

Eine sehr schöne Finca mit großem Pool mitten in Granada im maurischen Viertel Estrella war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Danke dafür! Einige Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe und die Markthalle an der Kathedrale sind in 15 bis 20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen .

Très belle Carmen, pleine charme avec une piscine magnifique et différents niveaux de terrasses et jardins. Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes (beaucoup d'escaliers - à l'image de Grenade !) et si en voiture bien se repérer dans l'espace - la rue doit faire 1m90 de large. Mais cela fait partie du charme de cette maison. E. et A. savent donner de bons conseils et sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.

Sehr schönes traditionelles Haus mit Garten und Pool, ruhig, schön und sehr gepflegt. 4 komfortable Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit En Suite Bad. Die Sicht auf die Alhambra ist traumhaft. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
