Beautiful, cosy bungalow "La Roca". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). In the house: restaurant. Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 50 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station 500 m, sandy beach 100 m. Nearby attractions: Ascensor privado directo a la playa. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Direct access to the beach is via a lift or stairs. ,Youth groups are not allowed. Not recommendable for the people with reduced mobility.
