Exit to the patio. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the patio. Bath/bidet/WC. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 2. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Refundable breakage deposit of 950 euros requested for groups of youngsters under 25 years of age is to be paid in cash upon arrival and is returned on departure. CR/MA/01066

The villa was immaculately clean. Shame it’s in the shade most of the day which made it chilly at this time of year. The pool was dirty and only half full, I like to cold swim so this was a disappointment. The living room had no lamps which made it gloomy in the evenings, we brought the lamps in from the bedrooms and logs to make a fire which made it more homely. The 5 ft double bed was comfortable and the main bedroom was cosy. I’m sure in the summer months the villa will be lovely and cool.

Für die Heizung stand ein Gasoffen und ein kleines Heizgebläse zur Verfügung. Diese sind bei dem großen Gemeinschaftsraum, dem Bad und den 2 Schlafzimmern nicht ausreichend. Gasnachschub ist Mieterverantwortung. Zur Befeuerung Kamin, kein Holz. 10 € für eine Kofferaumfüllung. Zum Grillen fehlten Utensilien (Kohle, Zange, Anzünder,...). Die italien. Kaffeemasch. + die Töpfe sind nicht geeignet, Induktionsherd. Möbel altertümlich, verschlissen. Ein Raum feucht. Ansprechpartnerin sehr nett.

Nous remercions L. pour son accueil et amabilité au top. L'accès au logement est escarpé mais c'est le gage d'une vue exceptionnel de la baie de Nerja. Logement propre, sain et pratique. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 & 8 ans et nous nous sentions en sécurité. La piscine est comme dans un rêve. Attention à bien fermé le portail sinon vous aurez une visite des chiens errant à proximité. Les points à améliorer seraient la mise en place d'une Clim, de moustiquaires et une plancha.
