Private: garden. Terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 7 km, Go Cart 7 km. Please note: main road 200 m from the property.

Location Description Mijas Costa

Cosy holiday centre, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 5 km from Fuengirola, 35 km south-west from Málaga, 20 km east from Marbella. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Evening entertainment. Mijas Costa is one of the three main areas within the Mijas municipality, with various well-known residential areas such as El Faro, La Cala de Mijas, Riviera del Sol or Calahonda. Long beaches with golden or dark sand and coves. The beach of La Cala has the Blue Flag status. The center offers many opportunities for sport and leisure activities such as golf, fishing, scuba diving, diving and windsurfing. Since the inauguration of the new coastal path on 12th Nov 2014, which connects La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda by a wooden boardwalk parallel to the sea, it is possible to walk or ride a bicycle between these two localities.

Cama y las almohadas cómodas. Urbanización muy tranquila La playa que tiene enfrente es muy mala. La zona es demasiado tranquila, hay que desplazarse a la zona turística a unos 15 min. Dentro de la misma parcela hay otra casa, no había nadie pero si lo hubiera tendrían que pasar por tu jardín para entrar. La cancela de la parcela estaba siempre abierta y no teníamos llave. El jardinero entraba y salía a sus anchas. Muchas hormigas y bichos. Falta limpieza en cocina. No hay sábanas de recambio.

We are glad to hear you had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Our gardener frequently tends to the grounds, ensuring the plants remain vibrant. He has also addressed the issue with ants and bugs as reported. For sustainability reasons, laundry replacements are provided upon request rather than automatically. Cleaning issues should be reported immediately on arrival, for a prompt resolution.

Nous connaissions bien cette petite maison pour y être venus dans les années 90. Il y a eu des rénovations mème si la décoration est basique, Le jardin est bien entretenu , il est dommage qu il n ait pas de transats. La literie est bonne. Les lampes de chevet sont à changer ..

Dieses Haus erfüllt für einen Kurzaufenthalt alle Kriterien. Es hat sogar zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine kleine Wiese mit zwei schön angelegten Gartenbeeten. Auch Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck decken die Bedürfnisse ab. In 5 Minuten Fussweg (der Hauptstrasse entlang) erreicht man den weiten, sauberen Strand von La Cala de Mijas. Weiter vorne findet man die legendären Holzwege, welche bis nach Marbella führen. Ideal zu Joggen oder zum Spazieren.
