Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Alamar". In the district La Cala de Mijas, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, south-east facing position. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, lift, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking. Shop 400 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 150 m, café 300 m, bus stop "Lidl La Cala" 250 m, sandy beach 500 m. Please note: the complex has night security. Guarded residence. Airfield 45 km from the property.

Location Description Mijas Costa

Cosy holiday centre, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 5 km from Fuengirola, 35 km south-west from Málaga, 20 km east from Marbella. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Evening entertainment. Mijas Costa is one of the three main areas within the Mijas municipality, with various well-known residential areas such as El Faro, La Cala de Mijas, Riviera del Sol or Calahonda. Long beaches with golden or dark sand and coves. The beach of La Cala has the Blue Flag status. The center offers many opportunities for sport and leisure activities such as golf, fishing, scuba diving, diving and windsurfing. Since the inauguration of the new coastal path on 12th Nov 2014, which connects La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda by a wooden boardwalk parallel to the sea, it is possible to walk or ride a bicycle between these two localities.

Fikk ingen forvarsel om at naboleiligheten var under renovasjon, våknet 10 av 14 dager til banking,saging og bråk!ikke akkurat ferie!leiligheten var skitten og det trengs bytte av tekstiler. Støvsuger funket ikke så kunne ikke rengjøre underveis. Men bra størrelse på leilighet og balkong, supert med Lidl rett rundt hjørnet!

The Apartment was very spacious but needed some TLC. The owner needs to replace bedding, pillows have stains on them due to no protectors, towels are small and not very good quality, all curtains need a good wash or replacing. If the tv's are Spanish only viewing, this needs to be mentioned in the property details. The host was very good, nothing was too much trouble for him.

Lägenheten hade allt vi kunde önska även om tvättmaskinen var ett kapitel för sig. För oss är balkongen det viktigaste utrymmet när vi åker på solsemester och den var perfekt. Vidunderlig utsikt över havet med möjlighet till att se såväl solens uppgång som nedgång. Nära till Lidl och inte långt till havet, en lagom promenad på ca 1 km. Poolområdet vet jag inget om eftersom vi enbart var på stranden. Perfekt välkomnande och service från V.! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Belle vue, bonne localisation pour le golf. Terrasse sans vis à vis mais gâchée par le bruit permanent de la voie rapide (A7). Nécessite un nettoyage approfondi ( sdb, cuisine) et un rafraîchissement. Literie moyenne. Petite sdb sans rangement. Équipement cuisine insuffisant (. 4 petites cuillères, 3 flûtes) et parfois sale ( 1 seule poêle utilisable). Chauffe-eau insuffisant ( rationnement en étant 3). Bref, déception/ la description et ce n est pas un appartement au calme.

Apartment is in a good location a short walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. Slightly longer walk over road bridge to the beach and La Cala. We were greeted with the key and shown around apartment by V. who was very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely balcony with views of the sea, is in a nice quiet location. The pool is quiet and a good size, no beds are available around the pool area. It was clean and had everything you needed the only negative was animal hair on the bed throws.

Asunto ei ollut lähellekään hintansa arvoinen. Olisi pitänyt nähdä asunto luonnossa ennen vuokrauspäätöksen tekoa. Toinen makuuhuone haisi homeelle. Kodinkoneet ja astiat olivat huonolaatuisia. Pölynimuri ei toiminut. Asunnon ulkopuolista käytävää ei siivottu hiekkamyrskyjen jäljiltä. Asunnon ilmastointi ei toiminut aluksi lainkaan.
