Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, pub garden 20 m, bus stop "Pacifico" 20 m, railway station "Victoria Kent" 1.7 km, underground station "La Paz" 1.3 km, sandy beach "Huelin" 20 m, 250 m. Children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Museo automovilistico, Museo Thyssen, Museo Picasso, CAC Malaga. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 8 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Málaga

Well-known town, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 500 km south from Madrid, 160 km south from Córdoba, 200 km south-east from Sevilla. The district of La Malagueta, such as the Larios road, is an important leisure centre. On a cultural level, it is worth visiting the castle, the Alcazaba and the cathedral. Semana Santa fiesta and the Feria de Agosto. Teh city is noted for its cosmopolitan atmosphere with its Andalucian origins.
