Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. VUT/MA/05462

Apartment block "Fuengirola Beach View". In the resort Fuengirola, from the sea, 25 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the complex: lift. Shop, restaurant, pedestrian zone 10 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Playa de las gaviotas" 25 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Fuengirola

Famous, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 30 km south from Málaga, 25 km east from Torremolinos. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Of tourist interest is the old fortress of San Isidro. Despite a lot of changes arising from tourism over the last few years, this town, previously a fishing town, has not lost its charm and typical Andalucian style. Lovely promenade. It is possible to hire boars. Between the 6 and 12 October there is the pretty Fuengirola fair, with spectacular horse riding displays. It is possible to play golf in Mijas.

Het appartement ligt op een pratigge ligging en is zeer makkelijk te bereiken van het treinstation Los Boliches. Het appartement heeft alles, echter met sommige dingen gedateerd. 1 van de badkamers was venieuwd en zag er netjes uit aleen het klapraampje zat niet vast (schroefjes los). Ontvangst door Hostes was erg prettige. Extra handoeken zou erg handig zijn.

En lækker lejlighed med virkelig meget udstyr i køkkenet. God indretning og en altan, der går hele vejen rundt om hjørnet og følger solen i løbet af dagen. To soveværelser og 2 badeværelser er fint, når man er flere. Der var pænt rimeligt vedligeholdt i lejligheden. Virkelig et sted vi gerne kommer igen!

Lejligheden er brugt - sengene ikke de bedste - det ene badeværelse lugter meget. Gryder / pander er meget slidte. Alt andet var rimelig men lidt for dyr i forhold til standarden / det er beliggenheden man betaler for.

The apartment was spacious , great balcony and view. Kitchen equipment great. Patio furniture and decor needed update and deep clean. Issues picking up keys in Torremolinos- this wasn’t flagged up on initial booking screen - water a day of holiday waiting for office to open and travelling by train to the office . Would not have booked if this had been clear before we booked

Vi var meget tilfreds med lejligheden, der lugtede dog lidt af kloak men også nede i forhallen så der har måske været kloak arbejde eller lign. i gang. den ene bruser var hovedet revnet i siden så vandet løb ud der i stedet for gennem hullerne, vi satte tape på så kunne den bruges. men ud over det synes jeg at der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge, og en skøn udsigt over havet fra terrassen. Tæt på gode spisesteder, butikker og togbanen mod Malga.

Fin lejlighed, fantastisk beliggenhed, dog med det minus at pool området var låst af, så vi kunne ikke komme i poolen eller ind i haven / området omkring poolen. Vi havde ekstra valgt et sted med egen pool i haven. Det var lidt øv når det ikke var oplyst at området var lukket. Eller var alt perfekt og vi kommer gerne igen hvis i ÅBNER poolen.

Tolle zentrale Lage und schöner Blick. Altes, aber gepflegtes Haus mit nettem Hausmeister, Pool und Parkplatz! hinter dem Gebäude. Unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Ablauf der einen Dusche und auch immer wieder im Wohnzimmer / Küche. NUR spanisches TV-Programm, keine SAT-Anlage. Keine Geschirrtücher. Das Staubsaugerrohr war verstopft, Silberfischchen im Bad. Eigentlich schade um die ansonsten nette Wohnung, dass hier nicht mal eine Grundreinigung gemacht wird und nicht nur oberflächlich geputzt wird!

El apartamento fue ideal. Unas visitas espectaculares. El apartamento cumplía con todas nuestras exigencias, camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, vistas al mar. piscina grande. En resumen, no tenemos ninguna pega con el apartamento. Sin embargo, la organización por parte de la empresa fue deficiente. En primer lugar, no se menciono nada de la hora de entrada, y cuando llegamos a la oficina tuvimos que esperar un rato a que el apartamento estuviese listo. Además, de haber realizado todo mediante correo electrónico, la oficina no recibió nada, tuvimos que volver hacerlo de forma física. De todos modos, por lo demás un 10.

El apartamento estaba muy bien localizado, en primera línea de playa. Adecuado para 4 personas, aunque las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. Lo peor es que en algunos momentos habia un olor desagradable que procedía de las cañerías.
