Location Description Estepona

Well-known, busy, family-friendly town and holiday village with 67'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 85 km south-west from Málaga, 25 km west from Marbella. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Granada, Alhambra 200 km, Gibraltar 55 km, Sierra Nevada 250 km, Zoo Selwo Aventura, coach tours. Estepona has become one of the most emerging tourist coastal cities on the Costa del Sol. The historic center of Estepona still preserves the air of a small Andalusian town, with white houses and quiet squares adorned with pots full of flowers. Estepona has various attractions such as the Botanical-Orchid Park with a total area of ​​16,230 square meters divided into 3 areas: an outdoor park, an access square where we find a large 17-meter-high waterfall and an orchid garden, with more than 5,000 plants, including more than 1,300 species of orchids from around the world. Inaugurated in 1999, is the Selwo Aventura theme park and zoo, with more than 100 hectares and more than 1000 animals in semi-freedom conditions, in different ecosystems. In its commitment to culture, it offers us curious and imaginative murals that decorate city buildings of various kinds, sculptures and museums such as the Mirador del Carmen exhibition center with the Carmen Thyssen exhibition on Spanish authors, a paleontological museum, an ethnographic museum or archeological Museum. The apartment is nice and has a great location on the 7th floor with a fantastic view of the harbor area. Nicely furnished. Here you have a very short distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. The only minus was two sets of keys with a lot of keys. Not easy to figure out which key belonged here and there. Seemed like poorly planned.

Locatie ideaal op loopafstand van haven ,horeca en winkels. Extra pluspunt de beschikbaarheid van een parkeerplaats in de parkeer garage. Echter slechts 1 set linnengoed en handdoeken voor een periode van meerdere weken. Wasmachine is aanwezig maar toch!,

A fabulous apartment with a spectacular view of the marina. Very spacious and clean and so well placed for supermarkets and restaurants/coffee bars/pubs. Also a comfortable and beautiful walk into the old town with a myriad of shops and restaurants. We would definitely love to return to this apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung (toller Ausblick!) in der 7. Etage (von insgesamt 9). Ruhig und doch gut gelegen um zum Hafen oder zur Altstadt zu laufen. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Wir wurden sogleich von der Nachbarin unter uns gerügt, da der Behälter für das Klimaanlagenabwasser überlief und es wohl nach unten getropft war. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet - allerdings wäre die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur fällig. Außerdem fehlen Besen und Kehrschaufel. Fahrstuhl blieb stecken :-(

Das Appartement ist direkt am Yachthafen gelegen. Zum Strand sind es knappe 10 Minuten. Der Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber. Der Weg in die Altstadt geht zur Zeit nicht über die Promenade, da diese neu gebaut wird. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für vier Personen. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Bra lägenhet i bra läge. Fin promenad, lagom avstånd in till centrum. Fantastisk utsikt. Litet men funktionellt kök. Bra storlek på sovrummen. Trevligt mat/vardagsrum. Tyvärr kunde vi inte nyttja balkongen då det regnade och den sen även drabbades av calima (rött sandpulver från Sahara) som blåste in. Bra med garageplats om man kommer med bil.

We hadden een fijne tijd in Puerto Paraiso. Ruime living en slaapkamers. Dito badkamers en groot terras die een mooi zicht bood op de haven van Estepona. In de keuken alles aanwezig om maaltijden te bereiden. Verschillende erg goede resto's in de buurt. Op wandelafstand van het centrum. Na de middag geen zon meer op terras. Ook het zwembad ligt in de schaduw.

Appartement très bien situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre par la promenade. Commerces et restaurants du port de plaisance au pied de l’immeuble. Nombreux parcours de golf dans un rayon de 30 minutes. Très lumineux, dans une résidence très bien entretenue. Place de parking en sous-sol avec accès direct.

The apartment overlooks the marina, and has great views of the harbour. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, along with a cabinet with every type of glass you need for a drink. Beds were comfortable, with aircon for those warm nights.
