In the complex: lounge, sauna, fitness room, in summer, use of sauna is included, in winter, use of sauna is included, lift, storage room for bicycles. Communal covered parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, café 40 m, pedestrian zone, pub garden 50 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Rada" 300 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, sports centre 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Centro historico de Estepona 100 m, Puerto Estepona 1.4 km, Orchidarium Estepona 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Estepona

Well-known, busy, family-friendly town and holiday village with 67'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 85 km south-west from Málaga, 25 km west from Marbella. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Granada, Alhambra 200 km, Gibraltar 55 km, Sierra Nevada 250 km, Zoo Selwo Aventura, coach tours. Estepona has become one of the most emerging tourist coastal cities on the Costa del Sol. Its special location between the sea and the mountains makes it possible to enjoy highly differentiated attractions in a short geographical space. Varied landscapes crossed by dozens of streams, small rivers and ponds where you can enjoy sports and relax at the same time. The historic center of Estepona still preserves the air of a small Andalusian town, with white houses and quiet squares adorned with pots full of flowers. Estepona has various attractions such as the Botanical-Orchid Park with a total area of ​​16,230 square meters divided into 3 areas: an outdoor park, an access square where we find a large 17-meter-high waterfall and an orchid garden, with more than 5,000 plants, including more than 1,300 species of orchids from around the world. Inaugurated in 1999, is the Selwo Aventura theme park and zoo, with more than 100 hectares and more than 1000 animals in semi-freedom conditions, in different ecosystems. In its commitment to culture, it offers us curious and imaginative murals that decorate city buildings of various kinds, sculptures and museums such as the Mirador del Carmen exhibition center with the Carmen Thyssen exhibition on Spanish authors, a paleontological museum, an ethnographic museum or archeological Museum. Regarding its 17 beaches, among which we find Playa de la Rada, Playa del Cristo, La Galera, Bahía Dorada, Arroyo Vaquero, Costa Natura (nudist), Atalaya, Costalita or Playa Bella, we can highlight the number of beach bars or bars of beach and the 7 beacon towers distributed along its 23 km of coastline that are the testimony of a defense system that lasted until the 19th century: Arroyo Vaquero, Saladavieja, Padrón, Velerín, Guadalmansa or Desmochada, Saladillo and Baños or Casasola. Een van de belangrijkste punten voor het huren van een vakantiewoning is een parking. Het was onmogelijk om uw auto te parkeren in de ondergrondse parking. Het was veel te klein. Krijg ik als opmerking van A. E., dat ze contact genomen hebben met de collega's ter plaatse en dat de parking groot genoeg is. De verantwoordelijke ter plaatse heeft dit al meermaals aangeklaagd, dat het toch te klein is. Had ik dit geweten, ik had het nooit gehuurd.

M. was waiting for us when we arrived after 9pm, and was very helpful. Good open plan layout with sliding doors onto the balcony which is nicely shaded for most of the day. For sunbathing the roof terrace is ideal, with great views and superb swimming pool. There is a Carrefour supermarket across the road, and bars and cafes close by. The beach and promenade are a 10 minute walk away, and the pretty old town centre a further 5 minutes walk. We have already booked to return next year.

Das Appartement lag sehr zentral und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen gab es, zum einen war es sehr hellhörig und zum anderen ist der Balkon zum Norden ausgerichtet.

New apartment that was clean and spacious. Poor quality small towels provided for our stay. Beach towels provided at a cost of 10 Euroes per towel. Extremely poor view of a school all weather pitch from balcony that didn’t reflect and give a true representation from how it was advertised via the site.Woken daily by the caretaker using his leaf blower to clear the pitch at 7.30am. Beautiful rooftop pool but was unable to use due to noise levels from the building site next door.Broken couch

Se trata de un apartamento muy luminoso , acogedor ,totalmente nuevo y perfectamente equipado . Pese a estar ubicado en una zona céntrica, permite disfrutar de espacios amplios, con unas rotondas muy bonitas y exquisitamente trabajadas . Sus alrededores se enriquece además , de buenos restaurantes y cafeterías, así como de un comercio variado . A la hora del baño se puede disfrutar de una piscina situada en la terraza del edificio o de lo contrario en la playa, que se llega en pocos minutos
