Location Description L'Ampolla

Small fishing village with 1'700 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 165 km south-west from Barcelona, 65 km south-west from Tarragona. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Situated very close to the mouth of the River Ebro, the rice fields and the nature reserve of the Delta de L'Ebre. Various bays and sandy or pebble beaches "Cap Roig, "Les Avellanes, "L'Arenal". Recently built pleasure harbour. Surrounded by large residential urbanisations with nice villas. Top quality fish and seafood available in the region. Hiking and cycling. Car excursions to the Ebro Delta, Montsia, Terra Alta, Priorat and Peniscola.
