Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 1 - depth 90 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Location Description Deltebre

2 m a.s.l. >>Small resort with 10'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 75 km south-west from Tarragona, 160 km south-west from Barcelona. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Town situated in the Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro, in a protected nature area and surrounded by rice fields, the basic source of the area. Ideal for fishing (special fishing programmes), in open sea or in freshwater. Boats available for hire for fishing at Curri with examples of what can be caught in the river as well as the sea. Bicycle trips and hiking on the GR-92, by car to the Delta de L'Ebre, Montsia, Terra Alta, Priorat, Peniscola. Due to its proximity to the River Ebro, it is normal to find insects present.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen deutlichen Wartungsstau. Die Wasserhähne waren verkalkt (wurde behoben), die Küche teils beschädigt, Einzelbetten sehr unbequem. Trotz Meldung an Interhome wurde die defekte Beleuchtung in den Kinderzimmern nicht repariert, ebenso wie das Rollo, welches 2 Tage vor Abreise kaputt gegangen ist. Der Pool war trotz Reinigung trüb, Fliesen im Pool und der Gartentisch sowie Sonnenliegen waren teilweise beschädigt. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Belle maison, meublée correctement, propre, piscine ok. Un gros bémol pour la cuisine, vaisselle presque inexistante, manque de tout, casseroles fort abîmées, Poêles griffées....... Dommage pour la proximité (clôture non occultante)

We hebben mooi weer gehad het huisje was okay, erg verouderd vwb de meubels ,keiharde mattrassen. Wifi erg middelmatig, ze konden er niets aan doen vertelden ze. Daarentegen was het zwembadje erg goed. De poolboy kwam iedere dag om de joel na te lopen en schoon te maken. Een groot nadeel, VEEL muggen en vliegen. Gerade für Familien ist es der perfekter Ort, um vom Alltag runter zukommen. Der private Pool ist ein Highlight. Der wurde immer schön gereinigt . Alles in einem, sehr schön . In die Matratzen könnten sie mehr investieren , da diese nicht qualitativ waren . Dennoch sauber .

Hemos estado en familia, el espacio es ideal para seis personas, los baños son muy cómodos, la piscina esta muy bien pero por las fechas no las hemos podido disfrutar. hemos utilizado la barbacoa, sería ideal ponerle un añadido para poner las cosas, pero por lo demás excelente.

La maison en elle même très bien. Les lits moyen mais n' empêche pas de dormir. Au sujet de la piscine, il aurait été préférable que le système de nettoyage s'enclenche 2 fois dans la journée au lieu de 1. Au sujet du wifi, désolé mais médiocre. À revoir.

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Super nettes Personal. Leider sehr abgewohntes Interieur. Duscharmaturen tropfen leider nur, da zu verkalkt. Sehr laut, da die Nachbarn gefühlt 3 Meter weiter schon sitzen. Leider kein Wifi wie beschrieben. Wir mussten uns einen Simkartenrouter mit anderen Familien teilen. Da ich Jobmässig auf meinen Laptop angewiesen bin haben wir ca 150 Euro nur für Datenpaket nachbuchen verbraucht... Sehr ärgerlich!. Riumar war zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt wie ausgestorben.

Super schönes Ferienhaus. Gute Ausstattung und sauber war es auch. Schlüsselübergabe usw perfekt organisiert und einfach. Pool sauber und es wurde immer nach dem Pool geschaut und gereinigt. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Bei einem Problem einfach über WhatsApp sich melden und das Problem wurde gelöst... Wir hatten nur eins mit der Klimaanlage, welches nach 5 Minuten angeschaut wurde und sofort behoben wurde.....

Maison fonctionnelle qui permet de profiter de la piscine et des alentours (nature) pour se reposer. Le seul hic est la proximité des maisons avec les autres vacanciers et le wifi très faible. Il y a tout à proximité : restaurants, supermarché et la plage avec des activités aquatiques et terrestres. L'endroit est ressourçant pour la nature. L'équipe interhome sur place est super sympathique et disponible pour toute question.

Bonita casa para pasar unos dias en familia o amigos. La casa es amplia y està bastante equipada, pero algunos muebles estan deteriorados por el uso. Todo depende del apartamento que te toque, ya que algunos estan más cuidados que otros. En general, estan bien. Buena ubicación cerca de la playa, zona tranquila. Lo malo que tubimos que irnos antes de las 10.30 de la mañana porque por la tarde a partir de las 16h estaba ocupada y venia el equipo de limpieza.

Nuestra valoración podría haber sido mejor, pero al llegar nos encontramos varios puntos negativos (luz de cocina fundida, luz de nevera fundida, microondas estropeado, ducha con un chorrito de agua, platos y sartenes sucios, además de otras zonas de la casa). Fuimos a la oficina, la atención fue correcta y rápidamente cambiaron las luces, del resto de cosas tomaron nota, aunque lo mejor sería que lo revisasen antes de la llegada de los clientes. Los colchones son un poco incómodos, pero hemos podido dormir. A pesar de estos problemas, la casa está bien y la piscina la disfrutamos mucho.

En general la estancia es agradable por su ubicación, zona tranquila y con posibilidad de aparcar hasta 2 coches. Los servicios son bastante básicos. La ducha de la suite es tan pequeña que hay que ducharse en el baño de invitados. La cama de matrimonio hay que cambiarla. Lo comentamos con la propiedad porque era imposible dormir y tuvimos que utilizar las pequeñas el resto de días. El Wifi está muy mal configurado y se pierde constantemente la conexión. Se comparte con el resto de alojamientos

Facilidad para recogida y entrega de llaves, el personal es muy amable. La casa a nivel general muy bien, super limpia, con menaje suficiente, aire acondicionado e incluso lavadora. Muy bien ubicada cerca de la playa. El jardín, la barbacoa y la piscina ideales para disfrutar en familia. Lo único que mejoraría es el colchón de la cama de matrimonio y la velocidad del wifi. Pequeños inconvenientes compensados por todo lo demás.

Dans un premier temps une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de la personne de chez Interhome à Riumar, agréable et efficace sur nos demandes. l emplacement est bien, station très calme ce qui est idéal en cette période de covid. Le hic refaire 20 km/30 minutes en moyenne pour récupérer la côte pour visiter .Jolie maison, matelas catastrophique malgré qu il ai été changé. Manque vraiment de vaisselles. Attention pas de Clim ds les chambres. Frigo où il manque éléments . Voisins calmes

Le seul défaut de cette location est que la clim est uniquement dans la pièce de vie et pas dans les chambre. les murs y sont tellement chaud que les pièces des chambres sont trop chaudes la nuit bien que nous laissions les portes ouvertes pour laisser passer la fraicheur. le matelas adulte aussi n'etait pas du tout de bonne qualité.
