Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Hip bath/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced). Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Riumar" 100 m, railway station "Aldea- Amposta" 25 km, sandy beach "Riumar" 1 km. Location Description Deltebre

2 m a.s.l. >>Small resort with 10'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 75 km south-west from Tarragona, 160 km south-west from Barcelona. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Town situated in the Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro, in a protected nature area and surrounded by rice fields, the basic source of the area. Ideal for fishing (special fishing programmes), in open sea or in freshwater. Boats available for hire for fishing at Curri with examples of what can be caught in the river as well as the sea. Bicycle trips and hiking on the GR-92, by car to the Delta de L'Ebre, Montsia, Terra Alta, Priorat, Peniscola. Due to its proximity to the River Ebro, it is normal to find insects present.

Wir sind sehr begeistert! Schönes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. In der Küche war alles da,Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank etc. Kleiner,eigener Pool und kein Stress, daß jemand uns die Liegen wegschnappt. Die Klima haben wir nicht benutzt,war aber auch vorhanden. Sehr schöne Gegend,in wenigen Schritten gibt's "No Name" kleines Restaurant, das würden wir auch empfehlen. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Wir waren da von 12 bis 22 Oktober und hatten tolles Wetter.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort. Es war alles da, in der Küche alles was man so braucht. Ein Wasserkocher hatte anfangs gefällt, der wurde uns am nächsten Tag gebracht. Sonst Waschmaschine, sogar Bügeleisen. Ein etwas größeres und neueres TV könnte sein aber wir haben nur abends etwas geschaut. Es reichte also vollkommen. Toll war es ein kleiner eigener Pool und keine Sorgen dass uns jemand die Liegen wegschnappt. 2 Toiletten war es auch sehr praktisch wenn man mit 4 Personen da ist. Wir waren da im Oktober und hatten tolles Wetter (23-27°). Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir 3 Katzen als Dauergäste hatten. In der Gegend kann man gut essen und in paar Schritten waren wir bei No Name, ein kleines Restaurant. Kann ich auch empfehlen. Am Strand waren wir in wenigen Minuten. Das einzige waren die vielen Mücken und Fliegen aber vielleicht weil wir total unvorbereitet waren. Also uns ist der 10 Tage Urlaub sehr gelungen und wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dahin fahren!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très bien placée, à 10 min de la plage et 10 min d'une supérette. On apprécie grandement la climatisation lorsque l'on rentre en fin de journée. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour s'amuser en famille. Petit point noir (énorme point noir pour nos ados) : le réseau wi-fi n'a jamais fonctionné malgré nos nombreuses relances. La filtration de la piscine s'est arrêtée sur les 2 derniers jours, elle devenait donc vraiment trouble.

Descriptif de l'annonce trompeuse pour plusieurs raisons : Piscine très sale . Pas entretenue du tout , en 24h00 la piscine est devenue verte et trouble: des grenouilles , insectes et algues avaient pris possession des lieux. - Odeur nauséabonde dans les salles de bain et sous l 'évier . - douche cassée - wifi inexistante 1 clim pour 6 personnes à l'entrée de la maison et rien dans les chambres avec 35° degrés et avec un bruit de tracteur . Bij aankomst gebreken doorgegeven: badkamers waren vies, koffiezetapp. doorgeroest, koelkast was vies, ovenknop was stuk en bank was niet een versleten maar totaal doorgezakt en aan elkaar geplakt, je zat gewoon op de latten van het frame. De dame van Interhome gaf aan dat er een schoonmaakster de volgende ochtend om 10.00 uur aanwezig zou zijn, werd 14.00 uur en zij gaf aan dat schoonmaken niet te doen was dit ging om groot achterstallig onderhoud. Een ander koffiezetapp. was ook doorgeroest.

Dejligt hus med alt, hvad vi havde behov for på hundeferie Pro: Meget hundevenligt område, masser af gåstier, restauranterne er hundevenlige. Grunden er fuldkomment indhegnet. \nLidt svært at finde ud af restaurant åbningstider. Personalet taler godt engelsk, men generelt taler de kun spansk i det område. Contra: Ville være rigtigt godt med et kort eller lignende med supermarkeder og restauranter.

De borden, glazen en de volledige keukeninfrastructuur waren duidelijk gedurende maanden niet meer gebruikt, alles moest afgewassen worden voor gebruik. Gezien geen vaatwasser aanwezig was dit niet de beste start van een vakantie! Het zwembad vertoonde een onhygiënische vuile vieze rand en was duidelijk NIET uit gekuist ! waren wij ook hier blijkbaar de eerste gasten na een lange periode van niet-verhuur?? Estuvimos pasando unos días y genial todo! La casa estaba superlimpia y estaba todo correcto. El único detalle que vimos es que no tenían utensilios para fregar la vajilla (balletas,estropajos,fairy,paños de cocina....etc) Por lo demás genial todo Repetiremos

Por su ubicación, la casa se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo que facilita poder descansar y desconectar, además de estar muy cerca de la playa y de algunos bares y restaurantes. Hemos encontrado todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de una semana en familia. Agradecer al equipo de gestión del alojamiento por la disponibilidad y el buen trato en todo momento. La casa es correcta. Decoración muy sencilla. Falta un poco de mantenimiento: El sofá debería cambiarse ya, la televisión también, el jardín está dejado. La piscina, aunque pequeña cumplió su misión y pudimos estar todo el día en remojo en plena canícula. La atención de la empresa que gestiona las propiedades muy buena.

La verdad es que viendo el anuncio te haces a la idea que la propiedad es mas grande, cuando llegamos no funcionaba el televisor, ni el wifi, la sombrilla estaba rota y la nevera no estaba demasiado limpia. Lo solucionaron todo el día siguiente, aunque la nevera ya la limpiamos nosotros para poder poner la comida. La piscina está bien, es pequeña pero hace su función, nos dijeron que pasarían 2 veces para su mantenimiento, pero solo vinieron uno. Por lo demás todo correcto.
