Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: suitable for families. No lift. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, shingle beach 1 km, rocky beach 1 km, diving center 6 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Sant Feliu de Guixols 14 km, Platja d'Aro 19 km, Tossa de mar 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, concerts, cinema. Hiking. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Vila Vella, Museu Marc Chagall, Esglesia de Sant Sebastià, Cultural events Fiesta mayor de Sant Pere, Concurso de pintura en la calle, Feria del indiano. Access: motorway AP7 Tossa de Mar, exit number 9 "Lloret de Mar". Railway station "Blanes" 20 km. Bus connection. WORTH SEEING: The old part of the town "Villa Vella" is an interesting place to visit, with steep roads made of stone, the museum and the medieval wall which surrounds the city and is said to be bring a special charm to the town.There are magnificent views of the city from the castle.

Très bon accueil et maintenance sur place. L'appartement est très propre et très agréable, spacieux, moderne avec une vue incroyable. Très bonne literie. Le seul bémol, la résidence est mal isolée et par conséquent bruyante.

Bel appartement ample et avec une belle vue ! Pro: La vue, la taille de l'appartement, les lits... la gentillesse de Narsis Contra: La douche !!!! Elle est absolument à refaire... Apparemment cela serait le cas bientôt, elle s'evacue mal et les joins sont noires... Certains meubles cassés, les chaises on pouvait pas s'appuyer... À revoir aussi la cuisine, pierre et hotte cassés. Pas d'armoires pour pondre non plus.

Appartement très propre et moderne avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Quelques détails à revoir cependant (état de quelques meubles, branchement électrique lave-linge, volets séjour)

Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für einen schönen Ausflug mit Freunden. Der Ausblick ist ausgesprochen schön, Ausstattung bietet alles Notwendige und es gibt Stellflächen vor dem Haus. Zur Bucht ca. 350 Stufen oder per Auto. Für Reisen mit kleinen Kinder ist die Unterkunft ungeeignet. Fester und Balkon sind nicht kindersicher und leider auch für kleine Kinder zu erreichen. Es geht ca. 30 m in die Tiefe. Steckdosen nicht sicher. Nachbarn vom Fischlokal nachtaktiv und unfreundlich.

Der Ausblick ist genial. Ausstattung und Küche gut. Leider für Kleinkinder sehr ungeeignet, da etliche tödliche Gefahren lauern. Fenster ohne Sicherung mit sehr hoher Absturzgefahr. Balkon ebenfalls sehr gefährlich und nicht abzuschließen. Fenster neben Sofa. Steckdosen ungeschützt. Die Nachbarn aus dem Fischrestaurant sind furchtbar, streiten und renovieren bis tief in die Nacht. Schlüsselhalter war freundlich und schnell zur Stelle.
